So many options with integrations and workflows and superior transcript accuracy, plus a big variety of summary formats, including SOAP notes!

Overall content with the experience except for cases where Fred doesn't attend the call even though I invite it.
It gets a bit confused when there are multiple languages involved. Would be great if it could pick the language itself when it changes.

Seamless integration and excellent summaries!

I almost can't go without my Fireflies notetaker anymore - it's become my go-to tool for all meetings and "next steps reports". It crafts excellent versions of summaries for different scenarios, like internal meetings, 1:1s, client calls, etc. and provides timestamps within those summaries if I need to listen to or read the actual snippets for more context.

I couldn't recommend it more!

Fireflies transcripts, summaries and to-do lists are accurate and well organised. It is highly structured, divided into clear sections: Overview, Notes (with timestamps), and Action Items by person. It has a great chronological flow: Follows the order of the meeting with time markers. It is also very task-oriented, with action items are explicitly assigned to individuals with time references. It also provides great technical detail emphasis: Lists out exact data discussed in the meeting.

Fireflies is a reliable and convenient AI tool that i find efficient and accurate, it transcribes the meeting and records, as well as assigning key tasks to participants.
