Refund
Hi. Due to an unforeseen issue I had to cancel this order. I’ve given a 1 but not because I didn’t like what I’d recently purchased then had to cancel but because I still haven’t received my refund from you!!!
My first payment is due to go out of my account this coming Monday but obviously I didn’t in the end end up getting it. So therefore can you PLEASE deal with my refund with Clearpay. I’ve also contacted Clearpay myself and the issue I’m having with my refund. Thankyou.

We are disappointed to hear this. We have investigated this with Clearpay and can see that the order was cancelled and refund issued but there was a notification issue with Clearpay.

The cycle was delivered as described…
The cycle was delivered as described and my daughter is over the moon with her new bike.
The only downside was with my account on the website. I originally registered but every time I tried to access the account I was unable to log in and it wouldn't recognise my email address and the tracking system didn't work.

Excellent service , parcel was received but empty so I got InTouch with them and I had another delivered 2 days later . I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THESE.
