Outside shop in Gloucester a notice board advertised free pizza for signing up on their app.
Went into shop to make claim and was told no you cannot have that offer.

I've ordered a few pizzas from fireaway Banbury and always really enjoyed them.my latest order ,the new pizza "the harvester" was really good, fresh and tasty. I also ordered the new crispy ceaser salad to go with it. I would save you the misery, every piece of chicken in it was without doubt dried leftovers from the previous shift, no parmesan and limp lettuce.£8 odd I have never wasted so easily. Stick to pizza it's good salad is embarrassing.

Incredible service, incredible communication, and incredible taste. Ordered a meal for one (knowing how good the pizza is here) for a delivery but when it arrived, one of the items was wrong. Phoned them up, they apologised and quickly made a replacement and even gave a free milkshake as an apology and said to keep the mistaken order. Fantastic service, would HIGHLY recommend!

Nice driving this morning by your 7.5t driver on the M1 at around 5.15 am swering across to the 2nd lane as I was overtaking him in a lorry. Teach your staff how to drive because clearly they don't know that you are suppose to keep to the left of the lane .

Order two pizzas for collection. Arrived to the store after 40 mins to collect. Stood near the till, nobody looked up or said anything to me for around 5 mins until I decided to talk to them. They then printed the ticket and started our order. 30 mins later our food was ready.
The staff were stressed, utterly disorganised, didn’t know what they were doing. Jumping round and doing each other’s stations and getting orders wrong. As a customer I felt stressed watching it all unfold.
Also the cross contamination was insane. The lady with glasses was a disaster, throwing her arms in the air, one minute putting pepperoni and meat on pizza, the next shaping and forming the dough with the same gloves. Another added meat to a margarita pizza, realised they did it wrong, took the meat off and still cooked it and then served it. I’ve never seen a bunch of people that don’t know how an operation line works, they made making and cooking pizza the hardest thing in the world. Never going back. Pizza was average at best.

Mid, so mid. Ordered potato wedges and got some soggy, wet excuses of wedges including what looks like half a potato. Just sad really.

Also ordered a Nutella pizza that came more stale than a rice cracker and my pepperoni pizza had less life in it than a stroke victim.

Ruined my whole day!.

Placed an order through the Fireaway app with an estimated delivery time of 2:07pm. By 2:45pm nothing had arrived, so I called. The Ealing branch answered with zero interest in helping. First I was told “it’ll leave in 5 minutes,” then “the driver left 10 minutes ago,” and finally, “we don’t usually deliver outside a 3-mile radius.” Which is it?

I actually like Fireaway pizza and often collect from their Whitton branch, but this kind of sloppy service makes me think twice about ordering again. It’s a shame, because the food is good—but customer service like this ruins the whole experience.

Order arrived in the filthiest deliveroo bag i have ever seen. The food was damp soggy and cold !!!!
Waiting over 1 hour for them. When delivery said 40mins.

Tries to contact them via deliveroo but they have the rong number on there. !!

Don't waste your time ordering from here, save your money ad nip Asda for a better cheaper pizza.

3 words to describe the food. DAMP SOGGY. COLD!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I'm off out now to the local pizza shop to collect 1 as I have been waiting 1 hour 30mins now getting rather peckish

We had late lunch on your Holloway branch on Friday Aug 8, 2025. Sabbir and Muhammet told me my transaction didn't go through and they asked me to pay again when we were leaving. However, I am now seeing both transactions on my bank statement and I would like one of them to be refunded.

The pizza was yummers. Didnt take long. No complaints. Gave us two free dips

While out traveling on a road trip we dropped in to Fire away pizza in Rochdale. I was very impressed with how fast the staff process orders. And the hospitality was above and beyond anything I could of imagined. We ate in and were pleasantly surprised by the generosity and kindness of the staff.

I live 2hrs away but I will return, thankyou 😊

Absolutely appalling food and staff, place an order at approximately 20:10, I ordered some additional topping, at 20:55 still not received the order even though it stated it would be with me by 20:50, I contacted the outlet which was the Sutton branch, and they didn’t seem to have a clue, stated it would be with me within five minutes??, finally at 21:20 it arrived, upon opening the box I noticed that the additional toppings I paid for were missing, I contacted the outlet regarding this and they said they would send them out, the fact that I’ve been waiting over an hour for it I said not to bother, but just refund me the difference which he declined, so I said why are you giving me no choice but to send an email to your head office he said do what you like, appalling customer service service, the actual pizza was as dry as you can imagine the chicken was terrible and inedible, will never order from this terrible outlet again.

I’ve ordered 4 pizza and side of fries… everything was cold and overcooked, burned, the dough edges were burnt, black. I’ve ordered at 7:30 and my food arrived at 8:38 . This is a massive shame on this shopping and i wish I could give you zero stars , even a piece of blue plastic into the pizza

Made an order for a pizza/side/drink deal, got a confirmation email saying it would be with me in approximately half an hour (for reference, I live about 20-25 minutes away). Come the estimated delivery time, nothing. Another half hour, nothing, so I call up - get put through to an automated answer machine, and left a message.

Another half hour later the order is finally with me (never received an email or anything that the order was actually out for delivery), and the wait was not worth it. Probably among the most "eh" pizza I have had - extremely greasy, the bbq sauce base was watery and very sweet, and just didn't taste good.

Absolutely not ordering from here again, and advise everyone steer clear of this chain. Should have looked up reviews beforehand, it seems my experience is not an uncommon one for this company. Bad delivery times and updates, poor food quality, pretty much just a waste of money.

Pizza was overcooked,dry and expensive compared to alternative independent establishments in same town
