Their customer service is a joke, they gave me a vouche on 50euro, but i had to write a review on my experiment with them. I did so and send them the link. They answerd me 48h later and Said that they will give i to me.
Almost 2 weeks have gone and No answer.
I have tried to talk to them but 0 response.

I never got the strap. I did not get tracking, but it was not an issue the last time. If I got it, I'm sure it would just as good as my last one, which I love!

Update. Thank you for sending another strap. It looks great and is very comfortable!

Recently purchased a finwatchstrap sailcloth strap with rose gold PVD deployant clasp. Was initially a bit worried after reading reviews of people never having received their straps...and it did take a while (9 days) to be notified the strap was finished and would be shipped. The strap was shipped from Finland to Ireland via UPS and arrived after 3 days. The strap itself is very good, feels good quality and has quick release springbars so was easy install on the watch. Feels very comfortable and it has rejuvenated a watch I love that had a strap which was not in great shape. More than happy with the purchase and the strap. Would recommend. There is a bit of a wait 9 to 10 days between order and shipment but it was worth the wait. Will purchase from Finwatchstraps again 👍

I didn't receive my order (more than 1 month) . I have sent 2 messages to the seller without any answer. I'm now sure i will never receive anything.

Avoid these people - they do not asnwer emails

Sent the wrong strap size and have been waiting for two mon ths for the right strsp or a refund.

Ordered a strap which spit after only a few weeks of wear. No reply to my emails. Avoid these clowns would be my advice.

Strap returned (was not canvas but rubber), return acknowledged, refund promised = refund never received.

I do not recommend these straps. The buckles are cheap pressed buckles that have a lot of play. The leather is not good for the price of the strap. The straps can have flaws. Many of their positive online reviews seems to be related to finwatchstaps giving a 50euro discount if you post a positive review of their straps online. The value for the price is not there. They do not allow canceling of orders or accept returns.

Very rude unresponsive people. Very in clear website for ordering and long delays in any response to orders but very quick in taking the money. Would never use in future!

Poor quality for the prices they charge. Unrefined, rough and in no way can be explained away as ‘handmade’. Too many other choices out there.

I have purchased more than 15 straps from finwatchstraps.com over the last 5 yrs, at all prices (€50 to 200) and have been more than satisfied with all of them. They are excellent quality for the price, and I've never had any problem with the straps not being as advertised or incorrectly sized. I've gotten all straps timely, most sooner than promised. I highly recommend them, particularly for odd sizes, I.e., 19 & 21mm, straps. Huge selection of leathers and styles. As a regular customer, they've given me many very nice discount codes for even better deals. The best compliment I got from them was from a lady in a watch repair shop when I picked up a Seiko with one of their straps. She handles dozens of watch straps a day and said she could tell good leather by how supple it was and theirs was excellent quality.

Very low quality worksmanship, terrible support. Do not buy anything over $30, the worksmanship is very low quality and basic, it is absolutely not worth buying anything expensive from them.

Bought a very expensive custom made strap from their website, and it arrived several weeks late because they forgot to send it out. I had to email them twice to get it sent.

When it arrived, there were multiple extremely obvious defects in worksmanship. The watch straps were uneven on both shoulders, with one shoulder 50% thicker than the other! The strap band that holds the strap was too thick and made the buckle dig into my wrist. The glue peeled within three days. The edges are flat and unburnished. Absolutely unacceptable in a custom $150-200+ watch strap.

They refused to give a refund as it was a custom order, and refused to acknowledge the defects with the excuse that they have ‘made thousands of straps before’. After several weeks of back and forth they finally offered a pittance of a refund for only the buckle. I accepted the refund as I was too tired to continue haggling over it with them.

Overall, if you’re looking for a low-end cheap strap, and don’t mind if your money is wasted, it’s probably fine. But from what I can tell from their worksmanship on my order, they don’t have the skills to make better quality straps. I personally think there are better options out there, but if you have to buy from them, don’t do it on their website, but through etsy so you can leave a proper review and get mediation if they gut your order like they did with mine.

Leather came in dry and with no shine. I have shoes made of Horween Cordovan and have seen many Horween Cordovan leathers in my life. I'm even sceptical it's actual Horween Cordovan. No shine at all. Got slightly better once I added 1) leaning, 2) Feeding with special Cordovan cream and 3) a layer of bee wax. But I am still far from the expected result. Leather looks less dry, but still with none of the tonalities you would expect from Horween Cordovan.

It's a scam. Not much else to say really - I was sent a wrong color strap, which I sent back and since then they have been ignoring all of my emails and don't want to refund me my money nor send me the actual strap that I ordered. Basically, FinWatchStraps stole my money.
