Growing Impatient. I was trying to get into my account and suddenly I just can’t ,I didn’t change my password or anything, I contacted your support and what I got was : “Previously in this chat you were referring to another Members Area registered with “xxxx”@hotmail.com. We do not provide assistance to third parties. Kindly ask the owner of the provided e-mail to contact us themselves”. And that doesn’t make sense at all , because I have never used a third party device to login to my account or contacted fintower with a different email before, they literally restricted me from my account for this meaningless reason and now I’m struggling to get my money out . They use lies and deceit to build up trust and inform their clients that their assets have grown fantastic, but the only way to get them is to appease his mysterious Finance Department who always have another significant cost to pay, After collecting screenshots, transaction history and emails, I contacted BLACKWELLGLOBAL 𝙰𝔡𝘷𝐨🅲𝑎𝑡𝕖🅢 to understand the legal steps available when a platform behaves like this. Their guidance made it clear what rights apply in cases like mine.

Why can't I not access my account. Please somebody help me

I deposited funds without issue, but my withdrawal was blocked and remained pending for months. Their support team was unresponsive, and I later found my account restricted without explanation. The company cited violations of their Terms & Conditions as the reason, but they provided no clear evidence or a path to resolve the issue. I was only able to withdraw my money after working with an experienced specialist outside the platform. Do your research well before investing your money

Beware of this scammer , They are unreliable and they bait me to deposit all my funds and scammed me of all my earnings , the capital and the returns is all gone and they won’t let me make a single withdrawal.

It is a 💯 froud Lrd i paid 1000 and not psy out any money asking for more 1000 to pay in, I advise not to pay in it is scam and registered address is wrong also . I have 200,000 freez in account.

This is SCAM and please do not use the lawyers being recommended by others here, it is another fraud called recovery Scam. They pretend to want to help you, but will ask you for more money before doing anything - that's a scam. They are the same group of people. Real lawyers do not ask for payment until they recover your lost funds. Be aware...

Scam
No problem to deposit money but when you want to withdraw they say the wallet was rejected due to AML. They told me to create a new wallet and fund that one and before sending them money they checked it against AML and it passed and they say I just need to deposit once more so the wallet was connected so I could withdraw to that one. So I followed their instructions and when I withdraw they say it didn’t pass the AML and I need to create a third wallet and deposit more. I will not do that and keep asking them through email why it didn’t pass and they only answer that I need to create a new wallet.

I made 75K on the platform but then they blocked my wallet claiming AML, but proceeded to direct me to deposit 2 more times and after both of them failed (which I still can't access even though I changed wallets and verified the link) tried for a third deposit and which point I gave up all my hope. I proved the money came from my account but they never provided any useful answer or proof for money laundering. The service "person" or AI is genuinely horrible at helping with anything related to crypto. It's legit, but they have very inexperienced and unprofessional staff.

Not what they paint themselves to be. I have a request pending for days in my account in which i have no reasons backing the delays via my email enquries. Beware!!! Make use of met1surgе (just replace the 1 with i). They ’re the best this Quarter with no hassles

🚨 Scam Alert: Fintower

I would like to share my experience with Fintower to warn others. Unfortunately, I lost all my money invested in this platform. The company promised high and guaranteed daily returns, which initially attracted me. However, after making the investment, I faced difficulties in withdrawing my funds. The platform blocked my withdrawal attempts and demanded additional fees without providing any plausible justification.

Furthermore, I discovered that Fintower is not authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the financial industry regulator in the UK. This means the company operates without adequate oversight, increasing risks for investors.

I recommend everyone to avoid investing in Fintower and be wary of promises of easy and guaranteed profits. If you have also been a victim of this company, report the case to the competent authorities to help with the investigation and prevent more people from being harmed.
