Watch out for these scammers
Watch out for these scammers, they will charge you before you complete any KYC, then start asking for multiple verifications and even if you pass all of them they will eventually want to call you. This call can only be in English, and if you don’t speak English and want a refund, they will refund your payment but scam you of the commission and any market fluctuations because they ‘already bought the coins’. The absolute worst experience I ever had with a service like this.

First of all, your the only company ive used since 2017 - due to the run around from all other companies. Youve ALWAYS honoured purchase price even when Ive been late due to weekend transfer. Time from purchase to deposit acct has NEVER been more than 48hrs. Ill never change and have sent many of friends/family because I trust you. What a scam!
What a scam. It is not possible to send crypto to an external wallet once it is in the vault. This means your coins are stuck.

Once it is in the vault for security measures you can not send it to an external wallet any more as you should have selected this option at the start, you can always sell your coins and start a new order, so your coins are not stuck.
We think it is important that you can make a conscious choice, so we do our best to clearly communicate the pros and cons of both options. You can find this choice and further information while placing your order.
