Kontowechsel mit Finreach funktioniert überhaupt nicht
Habe für einen Wechselservice die Kontodaten einer ganz normalen Online-Bank mit mehr als 10 Jahre bestehender Website eingegeben (comdirect).
Beim ersten Anlauf ist FinReach einfach abgestürzt - musste den Prozess von vorne starten. Beim zweiten Anlauf konnte FinReach keine einzige (!) Lastschrift-Belastung identifizieren. Dabei gibt es davon ein Dutzend in den letzten 90 Tagen.
Daueraufträge und EIngänge kann FinReach sowieso nicht verarbeiten.
Ende vom Lied: FinReach hat überhaupt keinen Mehrwert geleistet - ich habe *alle* Transaktions-Partner nicht nur manuell informieren, sondern sogar manuell suchen müssen. Es hat mich nur Zeit gekosten - zusätzlich hat FinReach jetzt noch meine Login-Daten abgegriffen. Clever..
