I have trading experience of over 12…

I have trading experience of over 12 years, been trading with Oanda, FXCM, GTL Trading, EMPFX and many others. Trading with Finq.com for about year and a half and found them very supportive and friendly. Getting signals from them time to time, but 99% of the time I take my own positions because I do not rely on anyone's analysis but my own, so that I will be sole responsible of my winning/losing.

They are quick with support and fair with withdrawal, I withdrew two times and did not take more than 3 business days.

They have very good execution time, just that their trading station is web based which I do not like personally, as it disconnects and have to reload every so often because of my own internet problems, so there should be a desktop app as well, as they are offering MT4.

One suggestion I would like to make is to let user/trader/client to transfer his/her money from COSMOS to MT4 and back to it if needed. To do it right now you need to send them an email. Secondly there is no option of creating and managing Sub Accounts yet, which is needed indeed in the future.

Good luck to every trader here from Pakistan.

Scam, Stay away

I have lost $20000 because of Finq. They gave wrong positions and some right ones to make you believe you are earning money. When you first deposit money they will ask a copy of your ID (front and back) and a copy of your card (front sand back) you will not see this in other recognized brokers. My advise stay away from them and ask them to provide a proof of their registration and do your own check whether it's valid or not.

Worst advisers and fake trade…

Worst advisers and fake trade suggestions

I have six month experience with finq.com and I invested about 7000$. But I lost all of them due to wrong advises and suggestions of their agents. It is unbelievable how these agents were so cheap. Every time when I earn profit by my own trading, they call me and force to close position and suggest to open some other position which may lead to loss. Then again call and call and tell to invest some money. So my heartiest advice to whom wish to use this trading platform, do not try their advise and suggestions. They definitely lead you to loss.

It's a scam…Whenever you sign on…

It's a scam…Whenever you sign on Investing.com….Finq will target the users…. They start by telling to invest 100 dollars…they will tell all stories to trap you and make you invest more money….

People lose more money every time based on their advisory services…. Advisory services are bull***…Initially they will give you profitable calls but later they will insist you to pour in more capital…they will make you stuck in bad deals…ur losses would never be recovered….in the event to lose existing capital…you need to invest more…

But at the end…everything is lost based on their calls…unprofessional and incomplete team who cannot handle their clients….

Even if you are signing in FINQ , don't rely on their advices….take your calculated risks…

Relying Finq advisory services would be a big disaster…

Definitely initially you would make profit based on their calls but at the end would lead to washing away your hard earned money…

Do not solely rely on FINQ advisory…utmost unprofessional pathetic customer service…

They are not bothered to save client capital…

Highly unsatisfied…. regret to have joined Finq and lost my entire capital…

MUST READ IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER!! BEWARE!

This is a long post and make sure you read it before trusting FINQ.com or its account managers.

I have been using this service for a year and a half now. I started with a small sum initially. Based on the advice of the account manager, I deposited a larger sum as they promised an upgrade to a higher category of account and many facilities with it. Up until I made the 2nd deposit their customer service was extremely good and I would be able to contact my account manager without any issues at all.

But the problems started arising after. The frequency of my contact with my "DEDICATED ACCOUNT MANAGER" began reducing over the days and there were times when I could not get a hold of anyone from their team for more than 3 to 4 weeks. There is absolutely no transparency in the way they work and always give you false information about them being busy in meetings, seminars, business trips, business meetings etc. and they really try to sell you that corporate image of successful brokers. But in reality they are probably sitting in a dingy call center in Bangaldesh trying to suggest trades based on the information from a central analytics team.

Since there was no contact from their side, I began taking online lessons to learn technical analysis and strategies. That is when I realized how they were'nt providing many of the facilities/services that were promised for my "upgraded" account. When i could finally get a hold of one of their team members (after weeks of trying to reach them), I would raise my concern and they would always say that they're working on it. It has been a year and it still hasn't been resolved.

There was no support from my "dedicated account manager" and the facilities that were promised were'nt being given to me. Now since i had just completed my course on trading, I was feeling more confident and began to take matters into my own hands. By following some of the strategies I began making consistent profits and my account was at a profit of 150%. That is when i start getting more calls from the finq team telling me that there was a medical emergency and thats why they were out of reach etc. etc.
Then on a later day, I got a call from them telling of an extremely good opportunity and kept pushing me to make a trade based on their suggestion, I declined because I wasnt familiar with the instrument. After a few back to back calls, I agreed (unfortnately) and they asked me to take a large buy position of an instrument I am not familiar with and told me not to keep a stop loss at a very high risk %. The next day I woke up to an account that was reduced to mere 50% of my value and then I began getting calls from them asking me to deposit money and increase my margin so that i dont loose this trade.

That is when i realized what they were doing, they diminished my account size on purpose by giving me wrong suggestions to make it vulnerable and then put me in a position so that I am forced to deposit more money into the account. I think the guys at the call center get a good comission if the customer makes a deposit and thats why they are resorting to such cheap tactics.

Beware of these cheap tactics and dont let them put you in a vulnerable position. I now am also hearing from forums that withdrawing your money is also an issue. There are multiple accounts of people saying that they try to delay it and make the process cumbersome. Ultimately when you do withdraw your money, they charge exorbitantly high exchange and service rates. Be careful and dont trust this broker.

I have been a client of finq.com

I have been a client of finq.com. I was switched to this company by trade.com because they no longer handle clients outside eutope now. Finq.com has been pain in the .... since I joined it. It pushes you day and night to increase your funds they will never agree with you to trade with available sum. But it did got me in problem when I decided to withdraw my money. Finq policy is that withdrawal will be sent using same payment method but after a while when they think you are withdrawing too much they decide to tell you that your card is unacceptable it is paid in full. Choose other methods, provide other methods, we cannot reach your bank provide new bank info, provide proof of your new bank. Make skrill account or netteller account. With all this when u begin to think they are holding your money they start new fees, inactivity charges. How can card be paid to full (a bank card can decide itself that it doesnot want more withdrawal than what is deposited thats shtty) to get rid of this f....k account i had paid more than 200 usd in charges. Guys its fake a legal company trying to save its charges by using skrill services, all transfers from cheap online sources. Its a fraud company. My suggestion slowly withdraw your amount and never go any below 100 usd in trading platform. You cannot open trade below it and you cannot wire transfer it. Ps it took me 3 months to withdraw my complete sum from this riduculous broker

Good Service

With finq.com I feel comfortable and secure, support always exists from the company, withdrawals and deposits are being processed very fast. Overall, it is a reliable company that I am happy to be dealing with. Maybe then can do a little bit of adjustment and make spreads for smaller account more decent. Other than that, I am happy to recommend finq.com to everyone. As long as they will continue on the same path, I think they will be able to expand faster in the Asian markets. Very few brokers here can be as trustful as finq.com.

Good service

Reliability is the defining characteristic of finq.com and I can say that after trading with the company for more than a year. It’s worth to appreciate that they did not just focused on the mt4 platform, but also decided to build from scratch their own proprietary platform, which happens to be the best. I must confess I was surprised by the quality of their services, considering that the company did not start its activity a long time ago. It means there’s a lot of great potential in the team working there.

Best Trading Site

Greetings from Turkey! Been trading with finq.com for the past two weeks. I have a classic account, since I saw the broker is at the beginning. Nothing to worry about for now, but I’ll keep studying the ground to be sure everything is ok. Liquidity and execution for forex pairs is ok from my point of view. Overall, nothing to complain about finq.com based on my experienced. What do you think about the broker?

I got best brokers here

A friend of mine introduced me to online trading a month ago and searching online for brokers in Asia, I have found finq.com. I was a little bit skeptical at the beginning, but eventually decided to open a classic account with 100$. Since I am at the beginning I just traded the EURUSD pair and I must say everything went ok thus far. Managed to have 5 wining trades and four losing ones. Hope will manage to improve with time.
