Profit reductions

Made a profit of 8k. Payout got reduced to 1k for the classic ‘gambling reasons as usual’ no free strategy allowed. dashboard is nice and simple looks professional but not point if payout will get reduced.in my opinion they only pay 1-2k to show face they actually payout and are not a scam as I’ve seen most payout are 1k-2k average with other traders not much big payouts which looks suspicious. Slippage are also bad, ending up losing my account risked 2k and lost 5k. There are much better firms out there to be honest . My Profits covered my challenge fee back so it’s fine. But definitely won’t be using them again

Unclear Rules and Subjective Payout Decisions

Finotive your response doesn’t fix the issue of traders frustration.

You’re saying “qualitative assessment is required”, but that’s exactly the problem. Traders are expected to follow rules that are not defined in measurable terms, and then payouts are adjusted based on interpretation after the outcome.

Terms like “risk escalation”, “inconsistent exposure”, and “performance concentration” are referenced, but there are no numerical thresholds or clear boundaries provided. So how is a trader supposed to know in advance what is compliant?

If a trader risks a fixed percentage per trade and follows a structured plan, but still gets reduced to 10% based on subjective judgement, then this is not a transparent rule-based system — it’s discretionary.

Pointing to payout proofs doesn’t solve this. The issue isn’t whether some traders get paid, it’s whether all traders can predictably meet the criteria for full payout before they trade.

Right now, that’s not possible.

Until you provide clear, objective, and measurable standards, traders are left operating in uncertainty, and decisions appear to be made after results are known.

That is why there are repeated complaints, and why trust is being lost. I’m staying far away from this firm terrible experience I’ve had with lack of transparency.

In situations like this, where outcomes rely on interpretation rather than clearly defined and measurable criteria, it’s reasonable to expect that this kind of structure would draw attention from regulators concerned with transparency and fairness.

Dear Felisa,

Thank you for taking the time to elaborate on your concerns.

We understand the core of your point, particularly around predictability and the desire for clearly defined, measurable criteria. This is a valid expectation and something we continuously work to improve.

At the same time, our framework is designed to assess trading behaviour in a broader context. Not all aspects of trading can be effectively captured through fixed numerical thresholds without creating loopholes or encouraging behaviour that technically complies with rules but goes against their intent.

For this reason, certain elements are evaluated qualitatively, with the aim of maintaining a fair and consistent environment across a wide range of strategies and market conditions.

We recognize that this approach can feel less transparent, especially when compared to strictly rule-based systems. Improving clarity around how these assessments are made, including more concrete examples and guidance, is an ongoing focus for us.

It’s also important to note that evaluations are not based on outcomes alone, but on the underlying trading patterns and behaviour over time.

If you would like to discuss your specific case or require further clarification, you’re always welcome to reach out to our team at support@finotivefunding.com
, we’re happy to review and assist.

We appreciate your feedback, as it highlights exactly where more transparency and communication are needed, and we remain committed to refining our framework to better balance flexibility, fairness, and clarity for all traders.

Warning to all traders

Warning to all traders: Finotive Funding is systematically reducing profit splits to 10% as soon as you become profitable. They have done this to TWO of my accounts (80118105 and 80117108) in just two weeks!
Their excuse is always 'Rapid Directional Flipping', even for trades that are 5 hours apart. As a scalper, my style is consistent, but they only 'flag' it when the payout is worth more than $1,000. This is a clear tactic to avoid paying successful traders.
Don't waste your time and money here if you actually plan on making a profit. They will find a way to take 90% of your earnings using vague rules. I have filed formal disputes and will be taking this to Forex Peace Army."

Dear Izzeldeen,

Thank you for sharing your concerns.

We understand how frustrating it can be when a payout outcome does not meet expectations, especially after becoming profitable.

To clarify, payout adjustments are not triggered by profitability or payout size. Reviews are based on trading behaviour over time, including execution patterns and consistency, rather than on isolated trades or specific time gaps between positions.

Strategies such as scalping are fully supported, however they are still assessed within the broader context of our risk and compliance framework. This means that certain patterns, even if they appear acceptable in isolation, may be evaluated differently when viewed as part of the overall trading activity.

We also want to emphasise that these processes are applied consistently across all accounts and are not designed to target individual traders.

At the same time, we are always open to reviewing edge cases to ensure our processes are correctly understood and consistently applied. If you would like your accounts to be reassessed or discussed in more detail, you are welcome to contact our team at support@finotivefunding.com

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

I have mixed feelings about Finotive Funding. The dashboard is sleek and modern, and when it works, payouts do go through.i received payout once which was successful and fast,i went through the evaluation also safely passed in first trial,@norexpass from telegram npassed for me, But a lot of traders and i are getting hit with these made-up rules like "profit concentration" and "directional flip after loss" - stuff that is not actually in their terms and conditions.
My experience was tense. A few of my trades got flagged for things that did not seem like real violations. The compliance call they put you through is intense - they go through every trade, every position size, every entry and exit. It feels like an interrogation more than a standard review.

Dear Ayra,

Thank you for sharing your experience so openly.

It’s good to hear that parts of your journey, such as the platform, evaluation, and your initial payout, met your expectations. At the same time, we understand that the later stages, particularly around compliance reviews, can feel intense.

The purpose of these reviews is to gain a clear understanding of trading behaviour, not to create unnecessary pressure. We recognize, however, that the level of detail involved can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when trades are being discussed one by one.

Regarding the points you mentioned, assessments are based on overall trading patterns rather than isolated rules or single trades. Concepts like consistency, exposure, and execution are evaluated in context, even if they are not always expressed as fixed numerical thresholds. We understand that this can sometimes lead to confusion, and improving clarity around this is something we are actively working on.

At the same time, we are always open to reviewing edge cases to ensure our processes are correctly understood and consistently applied. If you would like to revisit your case or discuss any specific points further, you’re welcome to contact our team at support@finotivefunding.com

We appreciate your balanced feedback, both the positives and the concerns, as it helps us continue to improve.

Payout denial without proper reason

you don't want to give payout then don't give it, just don't give useless excuses.
I can answer all your excuses because I have taken trades on proper setup.

1 Inconsistent Position Sizing

I take trades on the break of structure of 4h candle. Sometimes if the candle is big then the position size will be less because SL will be big. If the candle is small then the position size will be big. How will any trader take a trade in the same position sizing? As per the setup, the position size will be the same. My risk is always 0.5%. I keep the position size accordingly. What is wrong in this?

2.Inconsistent Trade Direction

I have already told that my setup is based on 4h break off structure. Sometimes I take a buy trade and then when 4h break off structure is formed on the sell side, then I will close the trade and take a sell side trade. This is my setup, how to change it?

3. Mixed trade duration without consistent execution model

What is my mistake in this? The time of trade depends on the volatility of the market. Sometimes if the trade is run in London session then it will take more time. Work will be done in New York.

You don't have a valid reason

Dear Hariom,

Thank you for taking the time to explain your trading approach in detail.

We understand your reasoning regarding position sizing, trade direction, and trade duration, especially when based on a structured strategy such as break of structure with fixed risk management. Adjusting position size according to stop loss and reacting to market structure are indeed common practices among traders.

At the same time, our evaluations are not based on isolated explanations of individual trades, but on the overall trading pattern and how it aligns with our behavioural and risk framework over time. This includes factors such as consistency in exposure, execution behaviour, and how strategies are applied across different market conditions.

We recognise that this can sometimes lead to differences in interpretation, particularly when a strategy is dynamic by nature.

For that reason, we are continuously working to improve clarity around expectations and how different trading styles are assessed.

At the same time, we are always open to reviewing edge cases to ensure our processes are correctly understood and consistently applied. We encourage you to reach out to our support team so your case can be reviewed again in detail (support@finotivefunding.com).

We appreciate your feedback and the effort you put into explaining your perspective.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this firm.

I experienced slippage that exceeded my defined stop loss. On trade #40719849, my stop loss was set at $18, but the trade closed at a $48 loss due to a market gap.

As a result of this final incident, I lost my entire account, despite trying to manage my risk properly.

What made the situation worse was the response from customer support. I did not feel that my case was fairly reviewed, and the response was final with no real attempt to resolve the issue.

Additionally, after raising my concerns, my account was restricted from purchasing new accounts, which felt unreasonable and unfair.

Although I was offered $75 compensation, it does not reflect the actual damage, including the loss of my account.

At this point, I am mainly asking for a fair solution — either restoring my account or removing the restriction placed on me.

If this issue is resolved properly, I am open to updating this review. Otherwise, I advise traders to be cautious when dealing with this fir

Dear Go Ai,

Thank you for sharing your experience.

We understand how frustrating situations involving slippage and account loss can be, especially when you are managing risk carefully. Market gaps, particularly during volatile or low liquidity conditions, can lead to executions beyond the defined stop loss, which is a known market behaviour rather than platform-specific.

All cases are reviewed based on trade data and execution conditions to ensure consistency with market mechanics and our internal standards.

We are sorry to hear that your support experience did not meet expectations. Our goal is always to provide clear and fair assessments, even if the outcome may not align with what was hoped for.

Regarding account restrictions, these are applied as part of internal risk and compliance processes, not arbitrarily.

At the same time, we are always open to reviewing edge cases to ensure our processes are correctly understood and consistently applied. We encourage you to reach out again so your case can be reassessed.

We appreciate your feedback and remain open to finding a fair resolution where possible.

Mathematical Error - Termination with $32 Buffer during High Liquidity

"I am requesting an immediate manual review of my account termination by Finotive Funding. My account was closed due to a 'daily drawdown breach' that is mathematically impossible based on market conditions and my trade setup.
Technical Facts:
The Safe Buffer: Before my last trade, I had a documented $46.29 buffer remaining before reaching my daily drawdown limit.
The Trade Setup: I opened a 0.02 lot Gold trade with a Stop Loss set at $4,752. Even if this SL was hit, the total loss would only be $26, leaving me with $20.29 of safe equity above the breach limit.
Premature Termination: The system closed my account at $4,746, incurring a loss of only $14.06. This means I still had $32.23 of safe equity remaining at the moment of closure.
Market Liquidity: This happened during the New York session (high liquidity). There is no justification for a spread expansion that could wipe out a $32 margin on a 0.02 lot trade.
I have evidence from TradingView showing the High/Low of the candle at the time of closure (18:47 Cairo Time) was 4,746 / 4,739. Even at the highest point, I was still well within my risk limits. I demand my account be reinstated or a full refund.
Account ID: [80115990]"

"UPDATE"
Your manual review is mathematically fraudulent, and I have the proof. Stop trying to hide behind 'technical terms' and look at these facts:
The Math: My daily limit was $216. I had already lost $170, leaving me with a $46 buffer.
The Trade: I opened a 0.02 lot trade with a Stop Loss at 4752 (Max loss: $24). Even if the SL was hit, I would still have $22 of safe equity remaining ($46 - $24 = $22).
The Breach: You terminated my account when the price was only at 4746 (a loss of only $12-$14).
The Fact: I still had over $30 of safe equity when you closed the account.
Conclusion: You closed my account while I was still $30+ away from the daily limit. This is not a 'breach'; this is a technical theft.
I have uploaded these specific numbers to Trustpilot. I don't want a new account from a company that can't do basic math. I want a Full Refund of my $25 now, or I will initiate a chargeback and post this evidence in every trading community on Telegram and Discord."

" update"
The company is trying to remove my review, but they cannot hide the math. I am providing links to screenshots of their own dashboard proving they closed my account with over $30 of safe buffer remaining.
Mathematical Proof:
Starting Daily Buffer: $216 (4.5% of $4806).
Current Loss: I was down approx $170, leaving $46 of safe buffer.
The Trade: I opened a tiny 0.02 lot trade with a Stop Loss at 4752 (Risk: $24).
The Crime: Even if the SL hit perfectly, I should have had $22 left ($46 - $24 = $22).
The Fact: The company terminated my account when the trade was at only a $14 loss.
The Execution Lie:
The attached screenshot of the 1-minute candle proves the trade closed during peak market liquidity (New York Session). There was NO spread widening or slippage that could possibly consume $32 on a 0.02 lot size. This is a technical failure or manual manipulation.

I demand a full $25 refund. I am a
verified customer, and I will not let you steal my fee through 'calculation errors'."

Professional firm with serious compliance and real payouts

I recently completed my second payout with Finotive Funding and received my profits without any issues.
The process took longer than I expected because my account was flagged for an elevated KYC and a compliance call, but in the end the team handled everything professionally.
During the video call, Compliance went through my strategy, risk management and trading history in detail, and once they were satisfied they approved my payout and sent the withdrawal certificate.
As a trader, I actually appreciate that they take security and behaviour seriously, because it means they are trying to protect both the firm and genuine traders.
Overall, my experience has been positive and I plan to continue trading with them while respecting their rules and behavioural guidelines.

STAY AWAY

I will tell you this once, STAY AWAY.

EVERY single person I've talked to had their payout reduced to 10%. I had a 100k account with a 1k payout, and it got reduced for a directional flip after loss.

Allow me to clarify, I had a short for 10 seconds cause I misclicked the direction and I instantly closed it to open a long. They then justify it with some BS clause which is up to interpretation and at not an actual rule.

Do NOT buy from them, they are BY FAR the biggest scammers in the industry.

Dear Jorge,

Thank you very much for your feedback.

We understand how frustrating situations like this can feel, especially when it comes to payout adjustments. However, we would like to make sure that decisions are not based on isolated actions such as a single misclick, but on a broader evaluation of trading behaviour in line with our risk framework.

Certain patterns, including rapid directional changes or execution inconsistencies, can fall under predefined behavioural guidelines. While these may not always be tied to a single trade, they are assessed in context rather than in isolation.

We also want to emphasize that all rules and clauses are outlined in advance and apply consistently across all traders. They are not introduced retroactively, and decisions are made following internal review processes rather than arbitrarily.

We understand that terms based on behavioural assessment can sometimes feel open to interpretation. For that reason, we are continuously working to improve transparency and provide clearer guidance to help traders better understand expectations.

At the same time, we are always open to reviewing edge cases to ensure our processes are correctly understood and consistently applied.

Regarding broader claims about payouts, it is important to note that outcomes vary significantly depending on individual trading behaviour and compliance with the rules in place.

We genuinely encourage any trader with concerns about a specific case to reach out to our support team so it can be reviewed in detail.

We appreciate your feedback.

Now I have been messaging them for the last five to six days asking for the compensation so that I can start trading again, but there has been no reply at all. What am I supposed to do now? Hi Yelsa/Talha,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we are truly sorry to hear about your frustration and the impact this situation has had on your trading.

We understand how important timely communication and clear resolutions are, especially when your trading activity is affected. We also understand that repeated follow ups without a response can feel extremely frustrating, and that is not the experience we want anyone to have with our support team.

Regarding your case, compensation or trade related adjustments always require internal review and confirmation from the relevant risk and operations teams before anything can be processed. This can sometimes take longer than expected during peak workload periods, but we acknowledge that the delay in communication here is not acceptable.

We also want to address your concern directly, we do not tolerate disrespectful behavior from either side, and we also expect the same level of respect in communication that we aim to provide to our traders. That said, your frustration is noted and we are taking your case seriously.

We strongly encourage you to reach out again with your account details so we can escalate this internally and ensure it is reviewed as a priority. We do not want you to feel ignored or left without resolution.
