Finnrick is an independent testing and ratings platform for peptides, supplements, and other health and wellness compounds. We exist because the sovereign health market has a serious trust problem: too many vendors make claims they can't back up, and too many people are taking risks they don't fully understand. Our approach is simple. We test products, either from samples submitted by the public or from our own direct vendor purchases, and we publish the results. No vendor can pay to influence a rating. No supplier-provided test data gets posted as if it were ours. What you see on Finnrick reflects independent laboratory analysis, full stop. The public can purchase additional services such as endotoxin, heavy metals, or solvents contamination testing, and choose the lab used to perform the test. For a fee, we also offer testing for a growing number of other compounds. We use HPLC-based testing through commercial partner labs, and our publicly available database covers results across 170+ vendors. We also offer free testing for a defined list of compounds to any US resident willing to send us a sample. If you've ever wondered whether what's in the vial matches what's on the label, that's exactly the question we're built to answer. We expect reviews on this page come from members of the public who've submitted samples. We welcome honest feedback: it's the same currency we trade in.

They don't respond to emails.

They don't respond to emails and I've paid for multiple test to be performed!
They aren't reliable! It's been over a month and I haven't heard anything back despite multiple emails.

The process was super easy

The process was super easy. The results only took a few weeks and I had them before I needed to use the peptides I had purchased. I was able to learn about the overfill in my batch vials and reconstitute accordingly.

Paid for private testing for 3 samples

Paid for private testing for 3 samples, my name was supposed to be listed as the customer on the COA’s . Received the results all the COAs show Finnrick as the customer. Have emailed them several times and received zero responses to any of my emails. Will never use Finnrick again.

Horrible Paid Service and Communication

Absolutely horrible when it comes to getting lab results to paying customers.

They charge over $200 for a test, take 3-4 weeks to get you the results, and don't return your emails when you ask about the status of your results. I wish they got your results back and responded to emails as fast as they charge your credit card.
I could have sent my sample to Jano overseas, paid 1/2 of what finnrick charged, and had my results within 10 days. I would never use their paid service again and don't recommend it.

Took a bit longer, but was worth it...

Took a bit longer to get my results back due to a back log of tests. I am very pleased with the communication and professionalism during the process. I received an apology for the delay, which means a lot nowadays! I am very relieved with the results and the explanation of the tests, they were very detailed. Thank you.

If the lab can't run a test accurately but only paid vendors can contest it, it isn't really transparent and fair is it?

I initially though what Finnrick is doing is a great way to bring transparency to the industry, however, once I became a customer of theirs I was thoroughly dissappointed.

If you send samples in for testing from vendors who pay to be part of their platform that vendor can contest results when they come back low. This happened to my sample and a week later I was issued a "corrected" report which changed purity and mass. In the corrected report there was no reference or link to the original report. This is SO bad on so many levels. If you test, get one result, then go over the result and find an error, the proper, scientific way to re-issue a report is to have all of that information there - not to hide the old information.

The vendor I used had multiple samples that tested poorly and had corrections reissued. You can track other corrections on Finnrick's site. I find it ODD that one vendor can have different products all testing poorly then get the same corrections, which brings me to my next point....

There are many reports that the lab they use, specifically Krause Analytical is very inconsistent compared to other labs. So with the way FR is set up it comes to two potential problems:

1. Vendors who pay to be part of their platform have the ability to get their results changed, this is a good thing if the results are literally wrong but, if they are literally wrong... why are they using that lab?

2. If the lab is THAT inconsistent, then the results on FR should not be trusted, because my assumption is that only pay-for vendors can request corrections. Which means every other vendor who has been tested there who isn't paying doesn't have the opportunity to correct faulty testing reports.

Lastly, before my correction was issued I paid for an additional test, once it was clear I could not trust this company I no longer wanted to test with them.

FR refused to refund my payment claiming it was "over 48 hours" and went against their "policy" to refund. There is NO policy (at least not at the time of this incident) anywhere on their website. And I LOOKED. Later they stated they would refund me but never did. So now I have to go fight the charge.

Seriously - do not waste your money with these absolute scammers.

First, you're right about the refund. It was approved by our team and then not processed on our end. That's our mistake, and is now done. We apologize for the delay and the frustration it caused.

(We've since made our refund policy explicit in our terms.)

Now, on the other points, because several of the claims here are factually incorrect and we want to set the record straight for anyone reading this.

Corrections and vendor influence: Vendors cannot pay to change results. Our correction process is open to anyone: vendors (paying or not), the person who submitted a sample, or any member of the public can raise an objection and provide evidence. Corrections to published tests are listed on the results page, and are all published at https://www.finnrick.com/corrections

Transparency: The correction you're referring to is published on the results page, including the original data point, the updated value, and the reason for the change. It's visible to anyone, logged in or not: https://www.finnrick.com/testing-certificate/tirzepatide/orbitrex-peptides/20260213-e-nwwrwhu

Lab consistency: About half of all Finnrick-commissioned tests are run by Krause Analytical. Every published report identifies which lab performed the analysis, and a full breakdown is available at https://www.finnrick.com/labs Please note we also offer a lab selection option at the time of order.

UPDATE

UPDATE: I had my RT40 retested and it came back 99.8% purity. So AGAIN RETEST IF you use Finnirick. Too bad they don’t let you update load photographic proof. Because I got proof.

You all need to take Finnirick pep testing with a grain of salt. They use Krause labs. A noted not reliable lab. A literal joke among labs. Then they rate companies on what this lab says. If you have gotten a negative test result from Krause Analytical, RETEST. You may be pleasantly surprised.

Hi,

Our position on Krause is in our previous response, it stands.

On the retest: if you have doubts about a result you received from us, we'd love to hear about it. We'll reach out directly via Trustpilot to get the case details and take it from there.

Also noting the overall pattern here: a poor result, repeated calls to discredit the lab and Finnrick, then a private retest with no disclosed methodology.

Reliable Peptide Vial Testing

I used Finnrick for vial peptide testing and had a positive experience. The process was straightforward, and the report provided clear information on the peptide’s identity, purity, and quantity. I like that they use independent lab testing rather than relying only on vendor certificates, which adds an extra layer of transparency. Turnaround time was reasonable and the results were easy to understand. Overall, it’s a helpful service if you want additional verification of what’s actually in a peptide vial.

Thanks for the review. Indeed, while many vendors are acting in good faith, our thesis is that independent verification is necessary.
