Bestelling #11135: Fraud Alert

Please please do not buy front his site. It’s a scam. They don’t send your order. I ordered a fill faucet on the 26th of April. I received a confirmation via email. That was it, I have not heard from them ever since. I wrote multiple emails and also tried to call them on a number but no use. They have a gmail address for asking questions and when that happens you know it’s a fraud.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I’m convinced it’s a fake store. They took one month to deliver two medical knee braces I ordered. On their first attempt to deliver they said I wasn’t home, on their second they simply said it was delivered but left no note behind and I still basically do not have my medical knee braces. I tried getting in contact, the one assistant I spoke to didn’t seem to know what he was doing, said he was going to ask a colleague. So far. I have yet to receive a response.

Malvertisement

Connections to finnbrands.nl get stopped on my PC by Norton antivirus as malvertising!

The order never arrived, customer service keeps ignoring my e-mails.

I’ve been waiting for over a month for…

I’ve been waiting for over a month for my order that is paid. It is stil not shipped an after one mail where they asked me to wait 10 days, nobody is replying to my mails anymore… I’ve send 4 in the last 4 weeks and nothing… My order status is “ready to ship” since 14-2-2025.

Very very very bad company

Very very very bad company. Waiting for my package for a long time now and I am afraid it will never arrive. Customer services don’t reply and I’ve sent them many emails with all information in it. Never order anything at this company they elate fraudes!!!!!!!

Still waiting ( 14 days )for my order

Still waiting ( 14 days )for my order , all the time they say ,, its underway " , i contacted costumer service 3 times and still they insist its underway .
First item will delivered between 6-9 feb , then between 9-12 , last i read was beeing delivered between 12-15 feb , so next time is 15 to 18 feb ?? .

Scam

The product photo doesn't look anything like the product in real life.

I want to return it, but the customer service keeps saying they're looking into the matter and thats it. No information about how to return the product. Ive asked four times already and i keep getting the same response.

This company is a scam.

Be aware with this firm

Be aware with this firm, bad service and try to keep you in a loop of waiting in your order. I'm afraid it will never come.

Still in waiting mode and the say I have to wait one month before start for claim.

I have the feeling, seeing all the bad reviews, that it never will arrive.

Everything went wrong, 3 months and nothing

Everything went wrong. 3 moths of waiting and they don't even offer a solution or extra effort to solve my problem. Also ask me to pay for the return, as they can't cancel the order. Paid so much for the item, still have none. Unbelievable

Be careful! Dropshipping!

NB! Is a dropshipper!
Not clearly stated on the site.
Confirmation emails make you believe that your package has been shipped immediately and will be delivered quickly.
It takes a very long time for the package to be delivered (more than 3 weeks) and then it turns out to be cheap Chinese junk. This is sold for three to four times more than the price on AliExpress. They're scammers.
I've learned my lesson. From now on, only buy online after checking Trustpilot.

Let op! Is een dropshipper!
Wordt niet duidelijk vermeld op de site.
Bevestigingsmails doen geloven dat je pakket gelijk verzonden is en snel geleverd wordt.
Duurt ontzettend lang voordat pakket bezorgd wordt (meer dan 3 weken) en dan blijkt het ook nog goedkope Chinese rommel te zijn. Deze wordt voor drie tot vier keer meer verkocht dan de prijs op AliExpress. Oplichters zijn het.
Ik heb mijn les wel geleerd. Vanaf nu alleen nog online kopen na een check op Trustpilot.

Dropshipper and chinese cheap stuff!

I didn't know this was a dropshipper and that my USB memory hard disk came from china. 3 weeks It took to be delivered to me. And then It also turns out to be Chines rubbish. Feels like it could break any second.

Dit is gewoon een dropshipper, dat wist ik niet! 3 weken later!! bezorgd en bleek mijn USB harde schijf ook nog eens van hele slechte kwaliteit te zijn. Hier ga ik niet lang van genieten, sterker nog ik vertrouw hier helemaal mijn data niet aan toe, dus verloren verkoop!

Never buy eletronic stuff from China, unless famous brnads like Xiaomi, Huawei and those one have EU certificate.

I didn't know this SSD USB memory comes from China; otherwise, I would never buy it.
It is not good customers don't see this info on the page.
I already have problems with Chinese stick memory. Never trust them.
