We received excellent service from the first phone call until completion of the job. Everyone was professional and friendly. The gentlemen who did the work were very polite and hard working, and cleaned up the inevitable mess before they left on completion of the work. The scaffolding company used were equally as good. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company

Harvey was very helpfull and reassuring on our 1st contact with the company on the telephone. Their 2 fitters came down on the 9th April and removed the old concrete gutters not too messy I thought it would be worse. The new one's were fitted the same day and unfortunately the weather was against them in the afternoon with strong wind and heavy rain but they got the job finished by 4 O'clock and cleaned up when finished. Apparently because of the weather conditions the sealant to next doors front gutter hadn't cured and was leaking. We were on the phone next day and they came to rectify the problem after about 3 weeks. The fitters were very helpful and went to see a neighbour with advise on who are attached to a property with extremely disctustingly poor fitted gutters. Extremely helpful company.

Both guys were great and very communicative. Extremely tidy and thorough. We are so pleased with the work that has been carried out. Super happy! Thank you for all your hard work, it is appreciated. You also went above and beyond and popped next door to share your expertise on her roofing. 5 star from us 😄

Kane was the guy who done our guttering and I’ve never seen a man work so hard he was polite , fast and precise in his work I can’t recommend this company enough they Made a very difficult job look easy

The work carried out on my concrete gutters was to install a Fibreglass Lining,as had a small leak in a joint. Great job from start to finish, and I even took some photos after work was done. And I can say the work was excellent and seems a good system to extend the gutters lifetime. Now after about three years all the gutter joints are still waterproof, and no futher leaking joints have been found.

Concrete gutter replacement was carried out by Josh and Finn who did a very professional and satisfactory job. They worked well , used their initiative to make the job look good as well as function well, and left the place clean and tidy. They were pleasant , friendly and polite.

Finlock did a professional job,I was so surprised how quickly done the work in a day work in the dark to get it done, very pleased with workers, will be no more dampness wick was happening 😀 👍 frenly workers 😀 👍

The experience from start to finish was nothing short of first class. First contact was with Harvey and he answered all my questions in detail and showed he clearly has a huge amount of experience. The guys who came to do the job were fantastic. They were polite, courteous and respectful at all times and the quality of the workmanship was spot on.
I did a lot of research before giving the company the job and I’m incredibly glad I asked them to do the work.
Huge thanks to the whole team - I can’t believe the whole process was so seamless.

After a few weeks they came back to rectify the problem
They said it was the adhesive used that was at fault
Hard to believe that no contact was made from my neighbour who originally had the job done on their property
Unfortunately it is still leaking
Photos have been sent to the company
Not as bad as before
The only reason I am doing this is because it is affecting my property

My concrete gutters were recently replaced by Finlock Removals and the job was completed to a very high standard in under two days. The two fitters were very helpful and did a first class job. Upon completion the debris was cleared and the rubbish collected the following day. The whole process was seamless from the initial estimate through to completion.
Very happy with the end result, would highly recommend.

The removal job itself was of a very high standard but we had some unexpected issues that were ultimately resolved. Make sure you get a date for the waste to be removed otherwise it will be there weeks!

We had the guttering replaced by these guys recently, great from start to finish.
They held my hand throughout the whole experience, the work was done quickly and to a great standard and all waste and scaffolding was gone in a few days.

Exactly three weeks ago today 20th/08 i had replacement gutters installed by this company , as did my neighbours, the following day .The 2 guys that did the work were amazing and their work cannot be faulted. Sadly the company's customer service, after payment was made, does not warrant a glowing report . The rubbish accumulated from the work is still sitting on the front of our properties,in huge biffa bags . Phone calls, unanswered and messages left are just ignored ,and on the 2 occasions i have spoken to someone ,i have been fobbed off with lame excuses and empty promises . I have held back form giving this bad review in the hope that someone would have the good grace to resolve this matter and the good manners to contact me . Now i have a feeling i shall be taking advice on breach of contract

To start with everything was great. Felt sorry for the two guys doing the work as it started raining hard while they were working. They left and all was fine.
Then it poured down the day later. We had rain pouring through the window frame inside our bedroom.
Called them and was told they would get someone out. Didn't turn up and was told they went to the wrong address. Was told then that someone would come out on the Saturday but no one showed.
They don't return calls or just don't answer the phone or e-mails or they just fob you off.
We had rain coming in all weekend ruining our wallpaper.
Tried to call again on the Monday . No reply.
On the next Tuesday they turn up at 7.45 . They did not contact us to let us know they were coming.
The whole episode was very stressful for myself and my husband who had to go to the doctors because of it.
We have lots of photos.
Would not recommend them to anyone.
No customer service or compassion at all.

Used finlock for a removal and new guttering installed. Great company! Helpful throughout the process answering all questions needed. Process was effortless and did a fantastic job would definitely recommend

Finlock we're very efficient and once speaking with gentlemen from sales team we arranged a price for the removal of old concrete guttering and replaced with new chosen guttering which was installed on time and very swift. Installers were polite and all rubbish left over was removed as agreed shortly after work was complete.

Fantastic company, repaired failed guttering and cleared up all in a day, completed the work using Easy Deck which meant no scaffolding, even though we had a conservatory. Very happy with the result and left the place clean and tidy. Special mention for the communication with the team on the phones as they were very helpful and understanding of my nan's living situation which caused delays to the work.

It is a year on now since we had Finlock to do our concert guttering modification and I must say it is one of the best things we done to the house. It not only stopped all the damp problems it also made the house look nice and lots of people in the village commented on that. In fact after my house was done at least four other homes had it done too.
Great job, solved the damp problems, great price, work done very well and in good time. A well organised team.
