Flawless .. Rip off

I buy one a month to shave my face . As my peace fuzz is now a beard. It makes your face hair turn dark and tough . I wish I hadn’t started using this thing. £200 a year I’m spending . I have no choice now but to keep shaving with this rubbish tool. It breaks after a few times so that’s why I’m forced to keep buying them. I think the company know this. They advertise that it wouldn’t make your hair grow back thicker. RUBBISH …

Got a very good result

I bought a new hair remover because I couldn’t get replacement blades for my brilliant old one BUT the new one is no good as soon as the head is put on the light goes out and it stops - take the head off and it goes again!, Emailed JML and they said I needed to take it back to the retailer, but I did not have the receipt or the packaging so they wouldn’t do anything. I am

going to send it back to them as it’s no use to me and
they can dump it

Good News, sent it back, they returned and it works!

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company - I ordered an item & it stopped working properly after 6 weeks of light use so I requested a replacement but received an email stating that it was after the 30 day guarantee so refused to replace it. Disgusting customer service.

Find an alternative brand

I bought a Finishing Touch Flawless epilator 12 months ago, it came with the recommendation to use a new head every six months. However they have now completely stopped manufacturing and selling replacement heads for this model and only provide heads for not the next model but the one after that. When I contacted them they suggested I buy their newest model instead. Obviously they are only interested in getting money out of customers rather than providing a sustainable aftercare service.

Find an alternative brand to do business with.
