I have tried to contact them for 5 months on e-mail and still havent heard anything. I was injured and had sugery so i wont be able to participate Hamburg Marathon. I tried to contact u about a refund and 2 days ago i tried again. I still havent heard anything!!

Waiting for a response from them regarding my Barcelona marathon entry. Still received no communication, even though I signed up with my partner and they’ve received all the information. I’ve emailed several times to enquire about my bib number/registration info and got no reply. Marathon is in a month and starting to panic!

booking the race seems to have worked? not sure as i’m only going to do it in a few weeks, hopefully no issues there but we’ll see, that part seemed fine so far

but i sadly have to give them one star - i have sent an email (you know the whole please don’t hesitate to contact us? - maybe you should hesitate) asking for a receipt on 6th of jan, i have been ghosted since through email and both of their instagram accounts, honestly completely ruined it for me, the website is nice but seems like that’s where it ends

Everything went well. Perfect organization. Beautiful country.

Shouldn’t be called Venice Marathon when you actually run just the last 3 Kms in the city, not the docks, the city.
Great experience, just disappointed about the parkour.

My inquiry was answered fully and in a short time period!

Initially I struggled to get hold of the team at finishers, but when I did get through to them they were really helpful to sort my issues quickly and were very apologetic about not getting in touch sooner to help.

I bought few months ago from the website the Istanbul marathon, and in the website says yo pick up the bib number is on the 31th October and the 1th November. Me and my partner are flying to Istanbul on the 31th October night. Now. On the website they mess up the dates and now is only on the 30th and the 31th till 17pm in October to pickup the bib number. I have emailed the finisher to have a solution but don't reply back. I think either they don't bother or I just been ripped off.

They do what they promise! Great!

I got injured at the last moment and they did everything they could so that I could get the ticket transferred to someone else (like three days before the event). They went the extra mile to get it done, really appreciated such good customer service.

Had a query about the Madrid marathon and a lady Pauline got back to me very quickly and sorted out my concerns.
