Bought the liquid dishwasher cleaner, I saw some residue then pulled up the arms & filter to find it was disgusting
This product doesn't clean at all, all it does or spray perfume in your washer!

They have an offer of a "free gift" with new dishwashers but after giving your details to them, they conveniently take you to a website where you cannot even but the products at the 50% gift price.

Customer Care have been investigating the issue for 2 months now. Reckitt's can't even get a QR code to work or keep a product they make and they advertise stay in stock.

Do not buy. Thought we were getting a good deal on a 100 all in one tab bag. However, they do not completely dissolve in the trap which means I have to scape it out every time. Will go back to Supermarket own brand. Very disappointed ☹️

what a dismissal service from Customer service. I placed a large order which was left on the doorstep to be stolen whilst we were away from home. Evri could have tried another day? I wrote to finish querying my order, Lydia from customer services services responded to say she would liaise with the courier, couple of days and nothing. So I reached out again, asking for my order or my money back as we never received and the neighbours say they didn't see it either.
The disgusting response I got from Lydia was' that Evri confirmed it had been left at the property front door, and that 'Finish' deemed the delivery compliant' That was it my order never received, no offer to resend or to refund my money. I am disgusted at the treatment and what I deem as theft of my money as the order was never delivered, it was 'left' whilst we were away!!! Dont deal with this company or order from them as you will get a very poor service and probably never receive your order

Finish ‘Dishwasher deep cleaner Active’ has got to be the worst product ever, biggest waste of money. It simply doesn’t work. Two runs through the dishwasher and it does nothing, no liquid comes out, I even tried to remove some of the wax from the cap to help it along and then put back in dishwasher for a 3rd time. It still didn’t work. It should be removed from the shelves. Pointless waste of money product.

As others have said, I received an offer from finish through our new Bosch dishwasher.
I just wish I’d checked here first!
When I ordered I purposely chose free delivery in 2 to 5 days, who needs dishwasher tablets the next day for £4.99?
As soon as I had checked out I immediately saw they had charged for next day delivery anyway! 😡
I emailed them, I received a reply telling me I had ticked next day delivery, even though I knew darn well I hadn’t, they said if I didn’t get next day then they’d refund the shipping!
After reading all of these reviews I’m sceptical about ever receiving the order, never mind the shipping!
I would have left no stars if I could have!

I am deeply disappointed and alarmed by Finish Quantum Dishwasher Tablets. After using them, I noticed a strong chemical residue on my pans, which releases an unpleasant chemical smell when heated. This contamination affects the taste of food and raises serious health concerns.

After just a few days of use, my family and I experienced nausea and skin irritation, including redness and rashes. The fact that I am currently pregnant makes this even more terrifying. How can such a hazardous product be sold for household use?

This is not just an issue of poor quality—it is a serious health and safety risk! I strongly urge others to avoid this product, and I expect Finish to take responsibility and address this issue immediately.

Instead of buying something from here, definitely go to Asda, Lidl, Tesco etc. and buy it! I believe this website not the right place. They also do not behave appropriately. Never trust their emails and make purchases!

Terrible Service from a well established company. I suggest be wary of email promotions. I received an email from the official site offering a 53% discount. The code was accepted throughout the transaction until I pressed Pay and the site defaulted to full price. Customer service told me for ‘legal reasons’ they could neither cancel the order or refund me! I suggested sending me the products twice to cover the costs at the discounted rate, but I was told that this wasn’t possible. Then I informed that I should refuse to accept the package upon delivery. The courier tried to deliver twice and on the second occasion agreed to return to sender. At least the refund was returned promptly. Avoid at all costs. Appalling service with the onus on me to rectify their problems. It’s hard to believe that a reputable company can operate so poorly.

Bought some dishwasher tablets using a discount code. Had a look on here and saw the awful reviews but the deal was that good it was worth a shot anyway. Fingers crossed… dishwasher tablets arrived within a couple of days as promised, packaging intact, absolute bargain! Personally had a faultless experience.

I wish I had seen these terrible reviews before agreeing to their HIGHLY MISLEADING offer.
Despite their 'Save Money' offer, I feel that I paid much MORE that the normal price because Finish have large 'discounts' on their products EXCEPT for the one that they say was a good deal.
I only wish I could give them a ZERO!

Ordered a “New Dishwasher Mega Value Starter Kit” after patiently waiting a week for it i get an email saying out of stock and its being refunded. I find it strange that a company of this size can’t even do a online stock check, very poor. Least it makes want try competitor products….

Does not do what it says on the packet. Pyrex dishes straight from the oven and into the dishwasher. Dishwasher on 'intensive wash'. At the end of the cycle the dishes were still full of baked on grease which had to be removed with a scourer.

Ordered dishwasher tablets and dishwasher cleaner. The box arrived soggy and when opened, the dishwasher cleaner had leaked everywhere. Sent an email with a photo of the clearly soggy box, and the leaking item and the order reference from the email I had used to purchase the order. No response for two days and then they emailed back saying I needed to send them a photo of the full order (even the stuff that I had no issue with) the packaging (which I'd already sent) and the labels (which were in the initial photo but unreadable due to the leak)

As I had sent photos which clearly showed the issue, I had thrown out the box and damaged items to prevent them leaking over any of my belongings so I now won't get a refund. Rubbish service. Won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered dishwasher tablets in a promotion that came with my dishwasher. Took the money out of my account but no product. 8 weeks later after phone calls, messages through their website AND emails I finally got my money back, and not one penny more. Still no product.

Finish Classic Powder, ran out of liquid dish soap. Soaked over night dishes using Finish. Next morning tried to wash up , but found hard residue on glass ware and plates, rough like hard barnacles or sand paper, which would not come off easily.
Rang Finish customer service, was not helping on why this happened and how to get it off , so be warned not to use in the sink. Again no warning on the product label, will no doubt cause same in a dish washing left to soak, will never buy this again.

What a con of a company. Subscribed to their dishwasher tablets service as they offer a free starter kit. Received the tablets but when I asked where my free starter kit was, they cancelled it, and said I would have to reorder again to get. Cancelled subscription and my account, waste of space, time and money!

Bought after seeing a promotion on FB. 2-5 days delivery quoted. That was 3 weeks ago. No response to emails or FB messages. Going through bank for a charge back. Didn't expect this from a reputable company. Will never buy Finish products again.

Made initial contact 8th September. Also called their customer service number and messaged their Facebook for the same issue. They just say they will pass to relevant team to get back to me. Yet no response still.

No delivery and no response. Same as others have posted here dishwasher starter pack was ordered following our purchase of a new Bosch dishwasher, my money was taken and the order confirmation said delivery would be 2-5 days, that was 2 weeks ago, I have heard nothing about my order, tried contacting the sales team but no-one responds, so logged a complaint which was referred to the sales team!!!
