Top service, Would recommend!

They gave me great service and gave many choices of amazing watches

Purchased a lovely Omega watch from The Fine Watch Club, pictures didn't do it justice, the watch is fantastic. Mark from TFWC shipped the watch per my delivery day request, I received the following day. Unfortunately the watch started to loose time being an old piece, it happens, I got in touch with Mark and he asked me to return, they did a full service and sent it back to me within 8 days, even giving me a new warranty from the time I received the watch. It is now running perfectly and I'm glad to have it back. Amazing service from Mark and the team at TFWC, I've been checking the website regularly for new stock, some stunning timepieces, check them out.

They sell fake watches,anyone who has purchased one of there watches should get it checked,I have tried to get a refund but they have refused,no help whatsoever
I am just a watch collector and they have accused me of replacing parts of the watch which was found to be fake on a trade in at watch dealer the watch in question has been sent to Tudor for a full report if you had bothered to check the serial no and model no against Tudor
You would have found it to be a franken watch you sold the watch though your shop on eBay and you received the money for it so yes you sell fake watches which
You don’t check and yes all accusations can be proven you will be contacted when the report is in my possession

Great experience of selling my Omega watch. I was offered a fair price. Posted to Mark via Royal Mail special delivery. Once delivered money was in my account, all within 24 hours (from posting to money received!) Hassle free service.

I purchased a JLC Reverso from them. I spoke to them on the phone and via instagram, they were great. They replied fast, answered every question I had. I purchased the watch from them, and they shipped it that day (and I received the morning after). Overall, the experience was really pleasant - and I felt comfortable with it all.

The day I got the watch, I took it to the boutique on Bond Street as I wanted to get it serviced. They told me I paid a good price for it.

Overall, I will certainly be going back to buy more pieces.

When browsing I came across the Fine Watch Club and they had a nice piece for sale that I had my eye on and got to say that as the first time using them ( Mark ) my experience was very good, great piece , great communication, great service ,very pleased with my piece and if I'm in Norwich anytime will definitely call in and see them.

I bought an Omega Constellation watch online from the Fine Watch Club.
The experience was great from start to finish including next day delivery on a Saturday!
I spoke with Mark and he answered my questions and adjusted the bracelet before dispatch.

Travelled 3 hours each way last week to pick up an IWC De Luxe i've been wanting for a long time and I couldn't be happier with it, or the experience. I wanted to pick the watch up in person and both the guys I dealt with one over message and one in person were great to deal with. Would highly recommend, and i'm sure i'll back soon!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Sam and Mark were able to chat through the watch in great detail. Happy to send through additional videos of the watch before purchasing the watch.
