Paul came out to measure up he was very unhelpful I felt I was being rushed by him to choose which blinds I wanted
after ordering I was then called to say material I had chosen was out of stock until June but I decided to go into shop and choose another material
Craig came to fit them today very un sociable only spoke to me for payment!
I was not happy with roller blinds in kitchen and bathroom the pattern doesn’t show on both sides I contacted the shop spoke to Paula advised I would only see this when it was really dark ( who is going to look at them when dark ? ) advised to get a thicker fabric it was the light ??
I only went here because of recommendation I really wanted advice and help on how to choose the right blinds but found them very unhelpful rushed and just wanted payment
I am so upset I am now having to go elsewhere to replace bathroom and kitchen blinds with something I want and like
I found there service very unhelpful I would not recommend going

I am absolutely impressed with the service, quality, and value for money. We had a lovely interaction with Paul who was able to understand our needs and requirements. We were surprised by the speedy completion of the work. Highly recommended and thank you so much! We will definitely be back again to get the upper floor blinds sorted!
