Finesse is a very great brand. I don’t think I’ve ever came across a brand who’s actually active with their audience like they are. Replying to people individually, always doing giveaways, caring for their image. They also have great fashion sense and I think it’s a little for everyone that share different styles. All for the baddies!

OMG, I have so much to say about this store! I ordered a pair of heels from the UK, and although they arrived, they were a bit small. It was a beautiful heels "Karla Pink Perspex Wedge Sandal" very reasonable price, with a good quality. I tried to process a return, to enable me place an order for a bigger size asap before it gets sold out, but wasn’t able to process the return form, so I reached out to their customer care via email.

To my greatest surprise, their response was incredibly fast, and they provided a solution right away. Not only was I refunded almost instantly, but I was also told to keep the heels and style them however I like!

This is honestly the first fashion store I’ve experienced that responds so quickly and goes the extra mile with such a kind gesture toward their customers.

The fit is flattering and true to size, which made it even better. You can tell a lot of attention went into both the design and craftsmanship.
