Absolutely amazing ring and customer service
I recently ordered a diamond ring from Finediam online and have to say not only am I thrilled with my purchase but also the level of customer service. Really easy ordering process and then excellent communication from them afterwards. So you not only get email acknowledgement but WhatsApp messages explaining when you can expect to receive your order. My ring needed resizing and as promised was received promptly once this was done. Tracked Postal courier delivered, which again I was kept up to date on when it was arriving. And when it did it was a wow moment. Absolutely stunning ring in a beautiful box, accompanied by an authentication certificate. Ordering high value items online can be a little nervy but this company gave me real confidence and I would definitely purchase from them again. One very happy customer and would highly recommend. Scam do not trust good reviews. Scammers mates!
The only review I believe for this company is the 1 star. Absolute scam. Do not trust.
Ordered a ring that tbh was too cheap to be true. Got no email confirmation of the order. Got update on Shop that order was processed for more £ than the order I paid for. Supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days… nothing.
Then got random WhatsApp that wasn’t written in clear English to someone else’s first name, a “Paula thanks for your order”… who’s Paula?…. confirming my order for the wrong ring in the wrong size. I called the mobile number and spoke to someone… sounded like a one man band scam… gave them the benefit of the doubt… they said the ring had to be made to order… that’s not what the website said. Made to order is never going to be cheap! So no ring arrived in 10 days despite money being taken at point of order. Normal retails take money when goods are shipped. Contacted bank and reported scam and got money back.
I keep getting messages now asking if i am I sure I do not want the ring “it’s here now” No. It’s a scam. Don’t trust!
Interesting that after posting this I got a phone call from the same man offering me a £100 voucher. I explained to him that his prices are too good to be true and there is no way he’s an actual jewellery providing legitimate jewellery. He’s a scammer trying to get money from people without delivering the promised goods and that he’s going to get in serious trouble if he continues. He said “sorry” and hung up.
Do not trust.

The delay occurred because your ring did not pass our quality control process. The diamond originally set had a slight polishing imperfection and did not meet our strict standards. To ensure you received a flawless piece, our jewellers remade the ring completely from scratch, which extended the timeline.
As a third-generation family jeweller, we take pride in creating every piece by hand in-house, using only certified diamonds and UK hallmarked gold. Quality is never compromised, even if it sometimes means additional time.

Excellent engagement ring
Purchased an engagement ring and turned up on time, unfortunately we picked the wrong stone, no problem at all pick a new ring and return the other ring for a full refund, extreamly helpfull and understanding everything went extreamly smoothly i was refunded within a few days and ghe new ring turned up, my Mrs absolutely loves it, excellent company to deal with in my opinion and would definitely use ghem again

I’d like to clarify that your husband placed the order for a diamond ring, which unfortunately arrived one size too large. We completely understand how disappointing that must have been, and we acted swiftly to resolve it. The ring was sent back via Royal Mail, and the tracking number provided is TN091193515GB (dated 6th August 2025). However, as of now, we have not received the returned parcel on our end.
I want to assure you that I'm personally monitoring this issue. I'm even preparing a brand-new ring at my own cost to make sure you’re not kept waiting, and I understand you’ve also requested a design change — which I’m happily doing for you free of charge.
I take full responsibility for making this right, but I kindly ask for your understanding as we are unable to act further without the returned item being delivered back to us. I’ve contacted Royal Mail to get an update, but their response has been limited so far.
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and I remain committed to resolving this as smoothly and quickly as possible. I will keep you updated with any movement on the tracking.
