Packaging was poor, came damaged, but quick delivery, coffee not great, gone back to nespresso, no comparison.

Ordered over 100 pods the most I have used are great but at least 6 so far have just crushed in the machine, no coffee just a jammed pod and I'm half afraid to keep using them in case that break my machine. I'm sad to say I don't think I'll order again.

very pleased with the service from ordering to delivery very good value and the coffee is gorgeous!!! only little problem i have is the pods sometimes dont pierce right and the flow is bad just read other reviews and they have the same problem please can you sort it out love the coffee x

I found the capsule didn't pierce properly but the bit I did get tasted nice and the hot chocolate are a complete disaster

- best to improve with delivery company
- chocolat and tea pod are not working well. Sometimes they melt inside the machine

It happened that the pods did not work with the machine I was using but there was a very swift and positive response from Fine Coffee Club, to refund the moneys, and for me hold on to the pods! It seems to be a good company.

The service is great, quick/easy/affordable - unfortunately of the 3 coffees i have tried so far (medium roast, decaf and chocolate) i find them to be very weak in flavour (watery) , so the product is very average. :(

Customer service was ok in regards initial response time, but after promising a resolution, I've not heard back.

After no issues with the first selection of pods I had ordered, and a few months later (after trying other brands), I only ordered Intense Espresso and House Blend Espresso this time, as they were my favourites.

The batch I received were consistently failing, getting crushed in my Nespresso machine, either producing none, or very weak coffee.

All other brand pods continued to work flawlessly.

I queried if the pod design had changed since my previous order, (as they seemed firmer at the thin end than competitive brands), to which I received an apologetic & helpful initial reply.
After asking to try some replacements, possibly from a different batch, I have not heard back from them in over two weeks.

With a close to 70% failure rate, these pods worked out far less cost effective than competitors, so I will choose elsewhere to spend my money.

Watery coffee, not pleasant at all, had nicer coffee from (cheaper) Aldi & Lidl pods!

I had a great experience, the coffee is superb, the delivery was extra fast and all in all a very good company. I will be buying again and I recommend it easily. Many thanks,
