Found the site very user friendly!! all coffee capsules are individualy marked so that you know what strength coffee you are drinking etc very handy if you ordered a big bunch to try out like I did!

Fine Coffee Club provide a wide range of coffee to suit all tastes and were ultra efficient and courteous sorting out a slight problem with my last order..Service with a smile!

First of all the service is great. Coffee is delivered within 2 or 3 days of ordering it. The price is very competitive and most importantly the coffee tastes great. As good as original Nespresso capsules for a fraction of the price. I'll order coffee from here again and again. I also got a great discount code from them which is always good to get. No problem with the capsules fitting a Magimix Citiz nespresso machine.

The ordered capsules didn't work with my Krups Pixie, (which I now see from other reviews is a particular problem for FineCoffeeClub compatiability) tried suggestions and then requested a refund. So far, no issue. Returned the box with label printed as per instructions and three weeks later they were looking for a proof of postage; after some discussion they agreed to a full refund. So, the moral is: the capsules don't appear to work with a Krups Pixie and if you do have to return, just make sure to get a proof of posting just in case. Communication was very good by the way

I received my delivery from The Fine Coffee Club within a few days days of ordering.
When opened the box I couldn't believe how the coffee pods were presented. I just picked the blend that I like . It was in a box of ten pods no longer than a large toblerone bar and very clearly marked as to what no. it was. I had my latte within minutes of opening the parcel . Well done Fine Coffee Club. You're the best.

Goods exactly as described and delivery was even faster than I expected.......first class!!

Tastes as good as nespresso own brand coffee but very hard to use in the nespresso machines .

Ordered a spread of coffee capsules. Delivered two days later to Dublin with no issues. Works well with older Siemens Nespresso machine and great quality and taste.

I ordered my coffee with a minimum of fuss, it was a good value product delivered in great time and is excellent value.

I bought this product in good faith but they are not a similar product. To get Fine Coffee pods to produce a cup of coffee one must keep pressure on the Nespresso handle - it does not close properly while the Fine Coffee pods are in place - thus, I expect, I am damaging the machine. This is not my wish as the machine is not a cheap model and I have no wish to damage it. They do not do what is expected of them.

I will return them and accept the penalty for what I have used.

Choice of coffee at a competitive price. My only problem with the ordering process was that it was late arriving. It may have been due to the time of year so I'm hoping it won't happen again.
