Appear very good quality…
Haven’t used any items ordered yet but love what’s been delivered. All fit well, very soft and comfortable appear very good quality
Quality and service has went downhill sadly
More recently bought tops (granted a few years ago) shrunk despite following care instructions and putting in same wash as older tops bought from Findra which did not shrink. I tried to be fair and reach out to Findra to ask if the yarn they used had changed and report issue but I was duly ignored. Shame because my older tops were of great quality but 3 of the more recent ones I bought were ruined and they’re not cheap. I didn’t mind paying a fair price when I was getting good quality which is sadly no longer the case in terms of the product or service
Love(d) most of the products but..
Love(d) most of the products and most of the ethos. Don't like they've come back as women only due to women's tops being shorter than men's used to be in same/similar sizes. Seems I have to look elsewhere for tops now, which is a shame because the quality, versatility & comfort was great -provided one would a protective top layer during 'contact' activities (eg MTB) to avoid damage.

Lovely products but terrible customer…
Lovely products but terrible customer service. My jumper developed a large hole before it was a year old. They repaired it (rather than replaced). After a while an even larger hole appeared and they offered to repair again. I think if a jumper costs over £100 it should be of excellent quality and if it fails it should be replaced. It’s such a shame as I absolutely love the products and my husband bought the same one as me at the same time and has no issues.
They need to admit when their product is at fault and replace.

Merino Base Layer
Im a little bit of an everyday adventurer, I hike, run, bike, wild swim, paddleboard and camp. When I am buying clothes I look for items that I can wear for all my adventures and the Fern Stripe Merino Base Layer is a MUST HAVE item for any adventurer.
I have this item in Teal/Dark Navy and the colour is beautiful. The material is lovely and soft, the body length is great as it doesnt rise up when im running/walking, its lightweight, breathable and its made from all natural materials.
Thank you Findra!
Really great brand & Scottish!
I absolutely LOVE Findra. Just received my second pair of Kilda trail shorts. I have waited a year for them to come into stock & just happened to spy that they were back. They are the comfiest, figure enhancing, great length shorts I own. Carry on with what you’re doing Findra. You’ve aced it!
Just chill
Sometimes out of nowhere pops a little treat. Such is Findra in Innerleithen. This quaint, rustic and charming cafe come clothing shop although in places a mish mash of design, has such appeal. I chilled instantly......the coffee was excellent, as was the coffee and walnut cake. My wife had a cup of tea and a delicious piece of shortbread. I could have sat there and chilled all day. The staff were exceptional. Please DO NOT MISS OUT. You'll thank me.
Stock availability
I check the website every couple of weeks and there's literally no stock. They relaunched as a women's only outdoor brand in August but forgot they needed product to sell to people. I can't get any tops, tees or socks in a colour and size combination I would wear. It's such a shame.
Great quality and attractive clothes
I’ve ordered lots of times from FINDRA. I have a hat, headband, long sleeve baselayer, vest top and an extremely flattering dress.Their clothes are beautiful and feel great quality. They feel very soft, are comfortable, warm and the colours are lovely. Customer service is friendly and helpful.
Woeful customer service
Orderd items from this company on 9th December, and paid £7.95 for "Express Delivery". Admittedly I did not check what Express Delivery entailed, but at that price I foolishly assumed it meant with a Next Day Courier. Seems this company exclusively uses Royal Mail, and so my order was alledgedly dispatched the following Monday on a 24 tracked service. I emailed the company twice to express my surprise at them using Royal Mail for express delivery, given the time of year and the ongoing industrial action being expereinced by Royal Mail. These emails garnered no response until 4 days later, and this was a generic response waffling on about being a small company, busy time of year, royal mail problems, etc. The one glimmer of light was that they said they would refund my postage (although at time of writing I have no evidence they have actually done this). It is now the 19th Dec and I have still not received my order - 10 days after ordering. Another email sent in the meantime has gone unanswered. I am amazed that any online business these days relies entirely on one delivery system, with no contingency for if/when that system fails. Also amazed at how woeful their customer service is. I have advised them ( in my last so far unaswered email) that should the order arrive after tues 20th, the goods will be returned to them for a full refund. However given their so far utter lack of interest in providing any level of customer service, I will not hold my breath on that being a rapidly resolved situation.
Nice but ....
Findra products are nice (but expensive). They get holes in them rather too fast but they do keep you warm on a bike. My only gripe is that their sales are meaningless ... nothing is in stock 5 minutes after the sale launches. So really, Findra is for the wealthy only.

Lipservice to sustainability
I initially liked the ethos, sustainability and the fact they made such a big deal out of so many "Merino" items being made in the UK. Stupidly I bought a "Merino Lite" item which is made in China not a sustainable or ecologically sound place!
Feel they are exploiting the values and quality standards a Made in Britain tag conveys whilst still exploiting cheap workers and countries with higher pollution and thousands of CO2 miles but with little real difference in price from the (possibly genuinely) UK made items. They certainly didn't feel it necessary to mention any country of manufacture apart from those made in UK.

Findra denim shorts - good but scratchy waistband
I've bought the Findra denim shorts. They're lovely - light, stretchy, sufficient room to wear pads beneath if you're on a long ride. The reason this isn't a higher star review is because the material used inside the waistband is really scratchy. It's yellow and I think it might be because it's not well-finished - the edges of the fabric are raw and not turned. It's annoying because it means you have to wear something tucked in to stop the fabric scratching your waist all the time. It was touch and go whether I returned them but I decided to keep them because the rest of the product is very good.

Brilliant!!!
I'm rarely seen out on my bike without my FINDRA kit on these days. The relaxed fit shorts are stylish, comfortable and practical. They are a good length to wear with knee pads (I find many women's fit shorts are too short), they repel mud and water well and look great on and off the bike. I've had mine for over a year now and with almost weekly wear they're still looking good.
I have the full range of tops, which I love!!! They manage to keep me warm whilst wicking moisture away; meaning that during the obligatory, post ride coffee n' cake, I feel nice and don't feel like I'm sitting in horrible sweaty sports gear.
The tops and neck warmers are brilliant for layering and the colours are great and I can't wait to choose my next piece.
Awesome quality and design
I love Findra - the textiles are a great quality and the cut is perfect. My caddon and neck warmer is a go to combo for MTB and every day wear. I love the fact that they are thin layers too. They wash well and hold their shape. They are an investment but one I'd recommend making.
Made in Scotland at its best!!
I have two merino tops and 4 of the shorts, two jeans ones and the lighter fabric blue and the brown one. I love each one of those pieces!! My other shorts (and I got many!) don`t get out of the drawer anymore! They are practical, feel and look great, what do you want more. Tops are superb as well, and the nights are drawing in so they will be my favourite tops soon again. Although I live in Germany, I order my stuff from Findra. One of their strengths also shows when there is a problem - a slight problem I had with a seam of a Merino top was dealt with without fuss, sympathetically and leaving me more than happy! Can only be a 5-star! Thanks, Findra!!
I have 2 findra tops and a buff..
I have 2 findra tops and a buff... love my buff and looking for another this year in one of the other lovely colour choices! Need to be careful with the washing - if you follow instructions you will be fine but otherwise your beloved top will fit your 7 year old.... lovely colours. Great for cycling walking or wearing about town. Lovely fit and length and doesn't smell after lots of outdoor activity!
I love findra
I love findra. I have 2-3 tops and a buff or two plus some cycle shorts. Have also bought Findra as a present . The quality and attention to detail is great. I do a lot of cycling and the fit is really good too. Shop in Innerleithen has a lovely atmosphere and people really helpful . Interesting articles from inspiring female cyclists on line too. No hesitation in full 5 star review! Harriet
Over the moon and I look good too!!!
I have purchased three merino tops, two shorts, four neck warmers and two pairs of socks. I am so thoroughly pleased and impressed with the quality, fit, design and durability of every single item. The products are first class and look SO GOOD. They wear and wash up beautifully. We have harsh winters in Canada and the warmth from my Findra collection keeps me comfortable regardless of the elements.
The customer service I received was second to none. I highly recommend this line!!
Simply the best
Can’t speak highly enough of the Findra gear. It’s superb for active outdoor stuff, but also soooo wearable in so many other scenarios.
Great fit, beautifully made and with a lovely feminine cut. Just can’t get enough of it!
