Orbit Glasses has such promise as a product but consistently disappoints. Within the last two years I have gone through three of these products and all have failed to charge and function within a few months of purchase. Customer support was of minimal help with this faulty product. I shame because I wanted so much for it to work.

This product not only does not work, there is no recourse for a refund. Its a terrible thing for a company to advertise a product for people who need help only to take complete advantage of them.

Depending on Bluetooth but the app does not work in the background so you have to have the app open for it to work. Meaningless dialogues keep popping op in the app.

The first orbit I received was faulty. The battery kept saying low even when I replaced it with two different types. It constantly beeps to remind me of this. The replacement one has the exact same problem from DAY ONE. The app crashed so many times, I was better off looking for my things manually. Don’t waste your time or money on this device. It is the most inconvenient, expensive glorified key chain you could buy.

Very poor product. Hard to operate in every way, Hard to press the buttons. Fails constantly and you can stand right next to the iphone yuo're looking for and it still doesn't work. Then it goes off line and you can't get it to do anything.

Update (April 4) : After several calls and emails, I reached someone at Orbit based in the States who emailed a person who could solve the problem. They even cc-ed me on the correspondence. Because the item appeared to have gotten lost by DHL (a shipping service), the item was resent through Fed Ex and I received the item within 2 days of that call. (March 23) The Orbit was ordered through “ViewMyDeal” when it was featured on The View. To be fair, I’m not sure if all the problems would have occurred had I ordered directly from Orbit or Amazon.
PS- I sent two updates through Trustpilot saying I had received the item and the problem had been resolved. So I’m not sure why Orbit never recieved a reply. I do appreciate that they read the review and reached out to solve the problem .
Original ( March 21) Terrible customer service! I ordered an Orbit on March 12. The company charges shipping. The item was to be shipped March 15. A label was created but then NOTHING! Supposedly it was to arrive March 20. Of course it didn’t. Three different emails were sent asking about the item . NO RESPONSE! I tried calling. I’ve left a message. This is terrible service!
