They are not reliable
They are not reliable, I've ordered safe pro via Sweat app listing for over two months now, all of a sudden I'm unable to track my order again, as the order link is not working. I contact their support and no response till date!
Don't buy from them, they're scam

Do not order from this company!
I ordered the Safe Pro 3 earbuds from FindMyTag, and it’s been a nightmare from start to finish. Delivery took a frustrating two months to reach South Africa, and when they finally arrived, they used the unreliable local post office instead of a reputable shipping company.
The worst part? The earbuds don’t even charge. I reached out to their support team, expecting at least a straightforward solution, but instead, they told me they’d only issue a refund if I shipped the item back to Turkey—even though the package came from China! Not only is this unfair, but the return shipping would cost more than the earbuds themselves, making a refund pointless.
In my experience, this company is selling products that don’t work, and they’re unwilling to take any responsibility. Avoid FindMyTag if you want quality and decent customer service.

Just useless...
Support and all of its contact is unavailable or not real. I have ordered 4 trackers and each of them arrived in bad packaging. Moreover, the reviews on the website are fake.
The email which they have used to sign in into trust pilot is also fake...
Do not order anything from that company.
