Made to pay back my Mums payment after she had died. Received threatening letters to take me to court if not paid back. My mum left no estate and the claim had nothing to do with me.
I am now out of pocket just before Christmas.

Excellent outcome.
This company persevered despite having difficulty tracing the finance agreement (which transferred through several companies to eventually obtain a satisfactory outcome. Very grateful for their determination to succeed.
