Parts missing
I contacted parts support to get the right engine air filter I needed. They gave me the dimensions which sounded to be correct. I ordered the filter and when it arrived it was wrong. I have been told they contacted manufacturer and the filter is not complete and there are parts missing. I was told they would process a return for me. I have been waiting two weeks and have not received information on return and shipping label to send back.

Credit card number stolen
Within 24 hours of giving my credit card number over the phone to the person helping me at Find it parts, I was fraudulently charged $4800 for concert tickets. I would give less than 1 start if I could. I called back and spoke to someone who said they were a manger to report what happened.

No Picture of the part was an issue, but the company made it right.
Review Update: After I posted my review I received a reply from someone at Findit Parts who apologized for the frustration that the purchaed caused me and they took steps to make it right. I very much appreciate their effort to correct the situation and it always preferable to do business with a company that stands behind the customer.
I looked up the part that I needed on Winnebago's website WINNEBAGO 149753-02-12A Screw Retainer, Polar White. An internet search led me to Findit Parts who showed that they had the part. Unfortunately they did not have a picture of the part in question but I assumed that if they had the correct part number then I would get the correct part. I was wrong. Instead of receiving the actual Screw Retainer that I need I received the Insert Cap that is utterly useless. The part only cost $0.52 ea but I paid $16.00 for shipping because I needed the part. I have zero intention of spending another $16.00 to get a refund of my parts less a 20% restocking fee. I will just have to avoind Findit Parts in the future.
