Unauthorized card payments and…
Unauthorized card payments and attempted to try multiple times. Definitely not a trustworthy company. Be warn.
Use extreme caution when downloading the Ringo app.
It all started when I was in the main carpark in Dorking with my family. I was trying to download the Ringo app and while within their domain. I was asked to enter my bank details. Unbeknownst to me this is when the crooks came in. Stupidly and still thinking that I was on the Ringo app. I entered my bank details. Just at the end of the transaction I felt a pang. So I turned off the website. Only to be told that I had successfully completed my application. For what? Goodness only knows. I was told that if I wanted to unsubscribe. Click the button. Another part of the scam. They've got your details and by all accounts they will suck you money out as and when the mood takes them. My advice to anyone, like me, who's been conned. Is to cancel their card immediately just like I did. These individuals are CROOKS pure and simple. PS they only managed to swindle me out of 60p. Or twelve shillings in REAL money. Those were the days when people actually had a conscience
Be Aware!
Absolute scammers! In a hurry to pay for car parking I inadvertently got hooked into Findandloc. They take .60p initially then 24 hours later take £29.90 saying that you've entered into a subscription and they will take £29.90 each month.
1 star is too generous
1 star is too generous. Utter trash...total scam!!!!! I just feel for people who don't realise and act to cancel any transactions. Please beware if you use Baggeridge Country park nature reserve...pay in cash at machine.
SHAME ON YOU FINDANDLOC
One of the most dishonest & devious…
One of the most dishonest & devious companies that I've encountered. The entire modus operandi is to take your money & under no conditions permit a refund. An utter scam deliberately designed to trick the unsuspecting public, inserted into& alongside information on Parking in Dublin. Their customer service is deplorable. Everyone watch out for these criminals.
This is a complete scam
This is a complete scam. I reached out to them, explaining I never intended to subscribe and am completely unaware of their services. They claim to have sent me a non-existent email that I never received.Even when I reached out to them, I included both of my email addresses because I genuinely didn't have any idea how I may have inadvertently subscribed to this place, and they are refusing the refund request. It seems like they have no sense of responsibility towards a customer. Crappy Customer Service. Crappy Company. A complete scam.
Deceptive sign up, hard to cancel
My mum accidentally signed up for this site somehow when attempting to pay for parking with "Saba", who apparently are not related, unfortunately I have no idea how she managed to do this. They take a small payment at that point and then a larger one later. Their website has an "unsubscribe" function that takes an email but no idea whether it works or not. In the end we decided to simply cancel the card rather than try to deal with these guys who are clearly operating in a very shady and underhand manner. Their "service" is pointless as Google and Apple both provide "find my phone" services for free. This sort of thing shouldn't be allowed.
Unauthorized Charges
Like in the previous review
when trying to download a parking app, standing on the street under pouring rain I inadvertently authorized $0.9 pay not realizing what was coming next. I was under the impression that I was dealing with the parking company itself. The parking company name was different than Findandloc.
The charge was $0.9, I used that parking for about 15min.
Long story short, the day I subscribed they charged me $0.9, the following day charged me $45. I am trying to get all my money back except the first $0.9...
Contacted the company; they said I was supposed to read the agreement terms before authorizing the pay and nothing they could do to refund. Also they did not send me any receipts. This is defenetly a SCAM service company capitalizing on the human mistake.
I reported this to my bank under fraudulent activity. Hopefully it will help others to avoid scam.

Like many others here I was unaware that this was not a parking app until today when 28.90 left my bank account I’m furious how these scammers can invade our daily lives and the impact and distress it causes.
I have notified my bank and made them aware I did not authorize any subscription for this findandloc I was trying to pay a car park charge now I will probably be fined for parking
I would like a refund but am not given…
I would like a refund but am not given and am not using it they should refund my money
This company just take your money (what…
This company just take your money (what you’ve agreed to and more that are they hide in the very small print) and do absolutely nothing for you. They are a sham, a fraud and a disgrace.
Recurring Fraud
I currently have £30 recurring charges on my bank via a visa payment which was not authorised. The initial payment was for £0.60 and then these other charges commenced. Do not unsubscribe through their website as this will just embed the issue. Complete fraudsters.
I feel foolish, hooked by a sign up scam
I feel foolish, I was signing up to a car park app and was hijacked into thinking this provider was a part of the parking app sign up but only after providing card details for what I thought was an aspect of my parking location I was hooked and it was too late. I immediately asked to cancel via the email, but it seems they are unable to find my account from my email and proceeded to ask for card details. This is outrageous and as I paid via Amazon Pay I find it incomprehensible how Amazon would support a deceitful operation such as this
Went to download the RINGGO carparking…
Went to download the RINGGO carparking app. I must have clinked a link, it looked like I was on the RINGGo parking app. I was charged £0.60, didnt think anymore about it. Then they tried charging my card £29.99 the following day. Fortunately my card provider picked it up and stopped my card. Never signed up. A leason is dont download apps when out. only do them at home, when you can better watch what is happening. AVOID.
