SCAM SCAM SCAM - Ordered an item, months later no item and no refund!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolutely terrible

Absolute scammers! pretend that they are getting your order one delay after another, when you ask for refund they go quiet had to get bank involved to retrieve money AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Item not in stock. Messes around with delays. Got full refund, but not easy! Whole experience was a massive waste of time

Ordered an item via website and received several “AI” emails apologising for delays in delivery. Clearly an online site that brokers their purchases and do not hold any stock. In the end replies dried up with their excuses and had to resort to claiming a refund via my credit card company. As the saying goes if it looks to good to be true then generally it is - caveat emptor is my final bit of advice.

Terrible - Lots of emails but no action!

I cancelled an order from this company on the 14 th of August still awaiting my refund and the have stopped responding to my email definitely would not recommend them

My order didn’t come within the time frame given and when I contacted them multiple times for an update they just said there’s been a delay and gave me a new time frame. After many delays my order still didn’t come. I then asked for a refund and they stated 3-10 working days. I tried to contact them regarding my refund and they never replied. My refund never came either and I had to contact my bank.

Finangler have the audacity ask me to rate there service! I've been waiting for a refund for nearly 3 months! There refund policy states 21 days, when I reminded them this they ask for 1 more weeks grace. Then when I raised a complaint with my credit card they went quite. With the complaint I have to wait for either there reply or I get the refund automatically after 45 days!

Absolutely garbage of a company.
They take your money, never refund back.
No communication.
Absolutely shocking to even give 1 star.

Ok the Finangler MO.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I made an order from this company in July. The product never arrived so i cancelled the order and requested a refund. Despite chasing over 5 times they still haven't responded so my credit card company is now trying to claim the money back. It seems like I'm not the only ones they have tried to scam. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Did not receive my order I put in on 11aug they do not reply to emails nor answer phone calls.

I have reported to Barclaycard as fraud. There are lots of excuses and promised refund. Then they go quiet - which is apparently how they operate. If not reported for 120 days, they have got away with it.
I'm sure the parents of the people must be SO PROUD!

I ordered a BBQ and it never arrived.
3 months later they have stopped emailing me back and still have my money.
AVOID!!!

I ordered a bbq in June, was then informed of a delay. Then when chased told me it would be with me in 2 weeks but didn't arrive. Eventually requested a refund in September and was told upto 10 days but suprise suprise no refund received yet and no response to recent emails.

Complete scam no goods or refund should be removed totally fraudulent company steer well clear
