Further Update – Legal Action Now Underway in Mainland China

This is a further update regarding Finance Worldwide Limited (FWWLTD), following my previous warnings and reports.

Since my last review, I have now formally engaged a mainland Chinese law firm to pursue recovery of funds that were paid in connection with this matter. After reviewing the documentation provided by FWWLTD, the firm identified multiple irregularities and confirmed there are sufficient grounds to proceed with formal legal action.

The next step involves issuing a formal Letter of Demand to the parties involved. This action is currently being prepared, and the matter is now progressing through legal channels in China.

This follows several years of attempts to resolve the situation through reporting to authorities and regulatory bodies in multiple jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, Mainland China, and New Zealand. The decision to proceed with legal action was made after continued concerns regarding the authenticity of documents provided and the circumstances surrounding the payments requested.

I am posting this update so that anyone researching Finance Worldwide Limited (FWWLTD) is aware that this matter has escalated to formal legal proceedings. I strongly recommend exercising extreme caution and conducting thorough independent verification before engaging with this company.
