it doesn't show my contacts that are on Fin.do, i've tried severally, same thing on my friends phone. it doesn't show any contact.

Sorry to hear that you faced an issue with the transfers.
All of Fin.do transfers are instant and are sent using MasterCard MoneySend and Visa Direct, this means that when funds are sent they are either on the balance of your sending bank, or already on the balance of the receiving bank (Fin.do never holds the funds in between).
It looks like your bank has not reversed the funds yet and, thus, holds the amount. Yet, we'd like to look deeper into your case and check it on our side. Please message us at support@fin.do by providing your phone number (connected to Fin.do account) or your transaction number in Fin.do. Please indicate subject "Trustpilot review", so we could set your inquiry as a priority.

Great app for sending money abroad
Very simple to use! The fees are very low without double currency conversation and transfers are quite fast from Spain to Ukraine.

- 1.5% (min 1 EUR) from Europe to any country.
- 3.2% (min 1.5 EUR) from CIS, Ukraine, Israel, Turkey to any country.
