Absolutely amazing! Customer service is top dog! If I could leave more stars I would! Filthy Rides sorted me out with customise business jerseys and couldn't wish for anything better. Awesome quality, fast shipment and great customer care! Sold more than expected due to demand and quality and orders another batch. Arrived faster than expected too!
Highly recommended, just a shame other businesses sabotage this one!

Purchased several jerseys for me & our lad. Great quality, happy with the price too. I have several designs & they look great. I also purchased a pair of MTB trousers. Fabulous for winter weather.

What’s not to like?

Nothing more than a scam.
Waited 6 months. Every excuse under the sun. Asked for a refund. Still waiting. Asked again just to send me the jersey, still waiting. We are now into 8months. No refund no jersey. This guy Benn is an absolute con. Checked with government website and not even registered. Stay away at all costs. Absolute joke. We are now going down the line of legal advice.

Waited months for a delivery. Never received. Had to request money back.

Had gloves, dh pants and jerseys from this company and have loved them all! The designs are bright and stand out on the trails. Very long lasting as well, they have made it through many crashes and seasons! 🤣

Always provides good products, service and delivery, I've purchased many bits and bobs, from rotor bolts to jerseys, very impressed with the quality of the parts and materials used, would recommend to any of my locals 😎

This company is so frustrating. I know the products are good I've seen them riding, my partner has one, but the really need to sort themselves out. 2 -3 weeks I was told for a jersey for my boy. 6 weeks later I'm cancelling the order 1 day before his birthday.
I had implicitly told the owner it was required for a certain date for my boys bday. No problems was the reply.
Comms are really poor. When your chasing suddenly everything takes 3-5 days to pick up. When the order was cancelled even had to chase for the refund which I eventually got. There is a weak excuse for everything. Either this guy is one of the worlds most unlucky dudes or it's all a cunning rouse. The second item which I didn't cancel came 2 months later after chasing....again because this time he is ill and couldn't get to the post office.

Gutted to be fair I wanted to rave about this as the merch looks so good. You either need to think of plan B's if all your excuses are true or you need to get someone to help your running of the show. I hope you get it sorted as you could be great.

Appalling. Ordered item as a gift (May21). Had to chase numerous times. Slow response. Excuses. Excuses. Item never arrived. Refund sought (Sep21). Refund v slow (not yet received). Poor. Can't find the company registered on Companies House web site. Nice looking stuff - shame they can't be bothered to back it up. Wasted opportunity. Avoid.

I made a purchase from them in February 2021 and after 8 weeks was informed they have no stock so would send a free small gift which they did and arrived within days so we gave them the benefit of the doubt however after waiting another 6 weeks we still heard nothing and had no order sent to us. Within this time we tried contacting them via instagram etc and was given many excuses as to why it was taking it's time to be sent to us and at that point we asked to receive a full refund which was agreed by them.

This refund was agreed to be given July time however we are now at the end of September and this has still not be sent through! We have contact them multiple times and had no response yet they will still post multiple times a day but not respond. To say we are infuriated and angry is an understatement. We are still now after 7 months trying to receive a refund and contacting them but is looking like this will never be given back. DO NOT RECOMMEND - SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

Shocking company. I recently bought a product, only to find out they weren't holding any stock at all. So I requested a refund via email which went unanswered. I then had to contact them via instagram and was told I'd be refunded. Numerous refunds on paypal got cancelled ,probably because they knew that paypal won't do anything whilst something is pending. They have still been advertising daily on their insta and facebook pages but dropped all contact with myself (even after numerous messages both on paypal/email and instagram) and they still keep products on their site that they don't stock. The site seems to be nothing but a scam who'll take your money and not return it. Thankfully paypal have issued me a refund and they are now dealing with the company. So even after nearly 30 days, they still never managed to give me a refund on a product they don't even have in stock.

Great U.k home grown Company, good mtb gear at a good price and quality, excellent customer service always responsive and quick to sort out problems and queries.

Where to start...

Unprofessional, rude, cocky and very poor quality gear. Gave these guys a shot on some MTB kit based on their ambassadors singing their praises - wish I had not bothered, I could have got better gear off Wish at a quarter the price!
