Communication with your customers is terrible. I made a purchase in late December and paid extra for expedited shipping. Today is January 15th and I have yet to receive my order. I have reached out via email numerous times requesting the status with no reply. This is bad business.

Only 2 of the four filters I ordered have been received and the partial order was sent to us 2 weeks later than expected. We have emailed and tried the chat with no response

Very good filters at a great price. Shipping takes a while though so don’t wait till the last minute to order!

I was asked twice to review this company and their product before even receiving it.

I ordered a filter over a week ago. I have not received any e-mail about when the item will be shipped, and have not received any response to my two e0mail requests about the shipping and date of delivery.

Still haven’t received the items. Ended up buying different ones from Amazon. Maybe someday all get them.

Advertised as an NSF, IAMPO and one more tested product and it is not.
Won’t use the filters until proof that the filters are indeed certified as advertised.

The filter fits great and works well at a fraction of the cost of similar filters

Good price, works as advertised, took a little longer to get than I thought it should but recommend.

I didn't get any notification that the filters were shipped and when I attempt to look it up online for tracking, it just states "in fulfillment" which is totally worthless.

Shipping was a little slower than I expected. If not for that I would have given 5 stars.

I ordered the wrong filters and CANNOT get an answer from anyone . I sent messages in the chat and wrote an explanatory email asking how to correct this…they have my money!

Seems like a good product and looks like the correct filter. Shipped fast with no issues and the price was great.

Easy to order and all processed and shipped in a timely manner. I think it is important to support vendors other than Amazon that provide quality service.

I placed this order on June 2 - 10 days ago and the filters still haven't shipped. Is this a scam?

I have bought my refrigerator filters here for years. They work very well and 1/2 the price of buying the ones in stores. This year I got a bonus! Ordered 2 for 40.00 and got 3!

Received the three filters I ordered promptly. Price is great, especially compared to those sold online at the manufacturing site for my refrigerator. Cannot comment on how they work, as I haven't needed to install yet.
