Returns are international & Told to lie to return my product

I purchased an item not realizing I was not able to use it. Upon receiving, I contacted the company right away and was advised that although it was NOT used, I would have to return it to their headquarters in London. It had chemical cleaner in it so I cannot legally ship it over. seas. i was told by the company in writing to say it was "water filtration equipment" not sanitization . Told to lie, which I won't do and the return shipping would have been $145. The item was $99. I had previously purchased my filters through them but I will find somewhere else to purchase those as well. I would advise not doing business with them.

Really positive experience

Really positive experience. Shipped quickly and well packed. I used to buy from Amazon and the prices here are much cheaper. I called to enquire and was impressed with the knowldge held by the customer agent. So far have recommended to all my neighbours and they are as just as happy as I am.

Amazon Logistics shipping problems, didn't get filters but a refund.

Dang it! Website looked pretty legit- received a very re-assuring email that I would have my filters within 3-5 days. First red flag- an international currency charge?

Second, 8 days and counting no shipping or tracking information... Inquiry today- I'll check with Amazon Logisitics... Just requested a refund due to lack of transparency and unreasonable delays. Will update my experience if I receive a full refund.

UPDATE- received a refund. Daniel Mole (customer service agent or owner?) replied to my email inquiries in a timely fashion. He said there was an error on Amazon Logistics side. Ultimately, disappointed to not get the filters I needed, but satisfied with Mr. Mole's customer service to issue a full refund. Hope he can work the bugs out of the ordering/shipping interface for future purchases.

No tracking info provided despite their…

No tracking info provided despite their claim that they will provide this. I had to send them an email asking where is my order and they said that they "despatch" (sic) from Amazon shipping and they would "chase this up for me". Sent them another email the following day asking them to cancel the order and magically the tracking info was provided. Next time I will just order direct from Amazon. Just an unecessary hassle dealing with this company.

Shady Business Practices

Website uses an Orlando, FL area code (burner phone) but is UK-based. There is ZERO indication on their site that returns are to the UNITED KINGDOM and will be 50% of the cost of your item just to send back.

Additionally, business owner thinks this information is irrelevant at the time of purchase.

Extremely unprofessional.
