I really didn't know about your filters, but I decided to try them anyhow. I was very impressed when I installed one into my refrigerator. I had a problem installing it. Water went everywhere because I had not put it in correctly. Once I played around with it, it finally clicks into the right slots. In a while I started to get cool clean water and the flow was very good.

I will be ordering more from your company in the near future because I am so satisfied with this product from your company.

Initially got the wrong filters. FilterOutlet did not ask for me to return them and sent out the correct filters immediately. Told me to keep or donate the filters that didn't work which was a kind thing to do.

Pros: Customer service was awesome. They were prompt, professional and polite, and handled my return and 100% refund courteously.

Cons: I have purchased and been pleased with other third party water filters. The product I received from FilterOutlet.com was subpar. The water still tasted like tap water, perhaps slightly less. I went back to my other vendor and the difference was obvious. My water tasted like bottled water again.

Bottom line: I would not recommend this product but it may work for you. Be confident that you will promptly receive 100% of your money back if it doesn't.

I ordered a filter and realized I wanted a smaller pore size so I was able to intercept the order and change it before the wrong item was shipped.

First shipment was damaged. Notified Filter Outlet and replacements were sent immediately- no charge and free shipping. Great response from customer service even on the weekend!

Product was delivered promptly and functions properly. Price was good. No-surprises transaction, just the way I like it.
