This filter made my hair so soft, smooth, and full within three washes. It left my skin hydrated and radiant. Also, the installation process was super easy for my on campus housing!

I live in an older apartment building in Boston, and the difference since installing the filter has been obvious. The water tastes much cleaner, so I know it’s actually doing something. I’ve also noticed fewer breakouts and smoother skin overall. It was simple to install on my own and completely worth the investment.

The packaging was so cute and well put together. The filter came with all different sorts of attachments for each different type of facet you might have. It came with a QR code with video instructions that made it easy to install. There was no leakage and the water pressure was still really good!

This product is really effective. Overall was easy to install onto my sink and I have seen visible improvements on my skin. Where I live the water is HARSH and filled with chemicals and the product feels, smells, and tastes better overall. I would suggest this to a friend and I am currently looking to apply this to all of my sinks.

I absolutely love mine! If you are like me, where you can tell when shower products are good or bad based on how your hair feels, you will love this product! I've always been super worried about metals in my water, and I can definitely tell a difference with the filter on. Moreover, I think it made my water hotter. I also love the packaging it came in it was so cute!

originally, I had a little trouble with installation, but that was because someone had previously wrapped the shower head in plumbers tape. after calling my dorm facilities, they were able to install it for me! as you can see in the picture, the chrome is truly beautiful and super reflective. the water pressure stayed the same for me.

overall, im really happy i finally invested in a quality shower filter. among me and 8 other roomates that share the shower as well, the costs split make it super worth it. I would try this out if you’re in college!

I love it! I can actually smell a different in the quality of my water. The only problem is that I have a pretty small sink and the product takes up a large portion of the sink. Installation was easy and quick.

My skin and hair are super sensitive to cold weather . After a week of using the Filterbaby Diamond Series shower filter, I'm happy to say my hair's shedding less! And my skin and scalp aren't dry anymore. It really does filter out the harsh chemicals. Highly recommend!

Terrible company. I ordered 2 filters. They never delivered. When I notified the company, they wanted me to pay $27 to reship. When I asked them to minimize the ship charge they would not do it. Even if it meant losing my business long term. They immediately cancelled subscription and closed out my claim. I am now out of $120. This is all I need to know about this company.

Terrible terrible business practice. They claim the products were shopped but my address is a secured lockbox. The items did not arrive and they could not, would not, make it right. I do not care what the usps tracking states. I have no idea what they shipped or even if they got the address correct, as it never arrived.

The product is really easy to install and did not take a lot to put into my own sink. The feeling of the water feels such better after I wash my face now. The product still has great quality of water coming out and the filter absolutely great!

I LOVE the Filterbaby!!! It makes the water pressure perfect, and I love how I can switch between filtered and unfiltered water. One of my friends got one, and she raved about it. I’m so glad I hopped on the train because this thing is AMAZING! My skin feels hydrated and not dry after washing my face, and the little filaments on my forehead have reduced. It was also super easy to put on, the video they give us basically does half the work for you. Only took us like 15 minutes. I wish I had one when I was still living in my apartment, but better late than never!!

Smooth and fast delivery. Packaging felt high quality and luxury. Integrity of product felt amazing and instructions were so helpful. It made putting my filter on so easy. I absolutely love the toggle feature between filter and tap which can prolong the life of my filter if I wanted to reserve filtered water for teeth brushing and washing face, not washing hands.
