Can't upload any docs
I wanted to quickly sign a doc and return it by email. I waited 15 min for the doc to upload to the app and it still won't finish uploading. And the amount of clickbait ads is incredibly annoying and deceitful.

PDF editor is not working properly
This site directed me to trustpilot.com with a link that said I could use their tools for free if I wrote positive feedback. Unfortunately, although I wrote positive feedback on the Trustpilot site, I was unable to edit my document. When I selected my file and clicked on Edit, I got a window that said "Office loading only" and nothing else changed. I couldn't get anywhere!

I can't remember when, or how, I enrolled / joined this service but there are times when I just want to open a pdf 'in the normal way' without being directed to their web portal. I've tried using their contact email address a few times but there is no response - does anyone know how to stop / opt out of the service ?

Didn't work for me
Didn't work for me. Chose my file clicked Edit and all I got was a page with a spinning circle saying "Only Office loading" Never got to anything else!
