FileCenterDMS for 9 years
I've been a FileCenter Customer for 9 years, I've used their document management software during that period and enjoyed it's use. it's a very useful platform but I've realized that I don't need the 16 licenses that I have. While I like the software I've not had a reason to call their support people for three years. Given my needs, I think it warrants a reduced rate. I think the charge that they want is far too much given that I'm a very low demand customer. I will communicate with them and hope we can come to terms that I can agree to I'll update my review if there is reason to do so.
