Radek was excellent. He helped me put up a curtain pole, but explained to me that the type of bracket I had wouldn't work with the space I had. He explained what I needed to replace it with, and said he'd do his best to come back later that day after I'd got the right parts, which he did. He put it up with no fuss and mess and I'm so happy with it.

FRANK was amazing. He arrived early he carried out all my jobs to a very very high standard. He was friendly and very tidy! I would definitely recommend frank for any job as he is more than qualified and will always make sure that you are statistied with his job!

I booked an appointment on 15th September to fix 3 clothes bars on the wall, 3 shelves, a mirror and 1 hanger. The handyman arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes late saying that his boss should have informed me about it but I did not receive any phone call/emails, nothing...I was starting to think that he would never show up. I was at home that day and he arrived. He mounted the clothes bar, the mirror, the hanger but he refused to mount the shelves because in his opinion it wouldn't look good. The cost has been £67,50. The fixer sent by the company, Ferenc Takancs aka Frank gave me his personal business card asking me to contact him directly in case of any problem. The day after 2 clothes bar came off the wall and I tried to call him several times but he didn't reply me back so I call the boss Ben. Frank called me straight away threaten me to do not call his boss again because he would have been in trouble and he promised to come to my house and fix the problem. I called him again several times to try to have an appointment but he made up some excuses about his health status and then never replied me back at all, I still have all the text messages on my phone. When my husband asked me why the problem wasn't fixed yet I told him everything and he found another fixer.

Radek was a really great. With a long list of tasks to complete in two hours he was able to complete everything on time whilst giving up suggestions if he was unable to complete something. Will definitely be using Fiixer again.

The only reason I could not give 5 stars is because the handy man was leery late getting to me. However, once here the work was impeccable and the builder extremely polite and respectful of my property. I would not hesitate to recommend the service to anyone. The timing ya the only issue.
