I have several wonderful customized baseball jersey that FIITG has made for me. Great quality and great look. Exactly what I wanted. To be fair, don't expect to have your items overnight. They are made in China and take a bit to construct and ship (think 3 to 4 weeks from time of order until receipt). However, the product you receive is well worth the wait.

OMG ~ I have been wanting a customized hockey jersey FOREVER! When I saw the FIITG ad I just went for it. I bought a hockey jersey AND a baseball jersey with my school name and Principal/number on the back. The delivery took a little longer than I had anticipated, but I didn’t need them for any specific date. So, give yourself at least a two month window if you plan to order. My students and I LOVE the jerseys and I WILL be ordering again now that they have an option to put a customized logo/mascot on front. Yay!!!

My order was never received at the U.S.P.S. Ordered on 11/14. I was given a tracking number for a pre shipment label created on 11/24. I ordered a blank varsity jacket so I didn’t understand why the shipping time was the same as a custom order. I emailed on 12/4 inquiring about my order. It had not moved since 11/28. Helen said she would look into it. I had a client I needed the jacket for in a specific time period. It would be another week of stalling. Helen said she was waiting to hear from the express shipping company and I wanted a refund. My refund was based on what they said which is nuts since I never got the item. That issue is now between the seller and shipper. I would never order from here again and as a small business, I was looking for a vendor for my custom varsity jackets. I lost money and a client.

The shirt is just as they described. The delivery was a little long but not too bad.

What a bunch of scam artists. Let me pay for my customized jersey. Then after I paid they sent me an email saying I would need to pay more due to the customization. F these clowns.
