Beautiful clothes but delivery so so so slow

Beautiful clothes bought a lovely cotton jumper with great detail at the Hampton Court Flower Show. Just ordered another Wednesday. It has not arrived now Sunday. Have received confirmation email but seem unable to track package. When you clicks it asks to link to gmail which I did give PayPal permission to follow you etc but no tracking details, just goes round in a circle. Annoyed as delivery is slow can’t phone or email the shop and no lovely jumper here to wear to party as hoped.
