Nice product - shipping problems

I ordered three pocket-sized notepads. The order sat for five days at the distributor's site before it shipped - not the 24-48 hours as promised on the website. The order was then mishandled during shipping and was sent to MULTIPLE states, getting continually further from it's destination as it went. I finally went to our local USPS office to declare the package lost. It was rerouted and eventually arrived. It wasn't a disaster but it was annoying. This was a slightly pricey gift that I had to then babysit till it arrived. Very nice company. Excellent quality product, but I'm not sure I'd order here again.
