The communication from Darcy was on point through out the entire process

What made my experience great was Jake Ginn and the helpful team always being respectful full and kind and dedicated to help no matter if there is any bumps in the road Jake always found a solution, I was givin daily updates about how everything was going which really helped and Jake really helped me out of rough spot. I recommend Jake Ginn from fido finance and the rest of the Fido team for any car loans you wish to try to get.

It is refreshing to deal with people who are honest and very up front with their dealings. Great to be able to speak to a person here in Australia and not deal with a call centre in India or the Philippines and have some one speak Australian English, makes it so much easier to understand. The whole process was great and very easy.
From my first enquiry, Liam was great, he answered every question I had and explained every step of the process clearly. Once I decided to proceed with the loan. Liam did everything from filling in all the forms to negotiating with the seller. All I did was sign the forms.

The assistance was brilliant but there were a few unknowns that only popped up at the end when I saw pricing so my original loan had a few thousand thrown on the end. Don’t feel I was quite explained these earlier in the chat.
