Empty promises regarding my withdrawals. Topciphertrails got involved and changed the situation. I got a refund swiftly.
⚠️ SCAM WARNING – FidelisReservo Group ⚠️
Please read and share to protect others
I am sharing this to warn others after losing money to FidelisReservo, which I believe is an investment scam based on my experience.
I originally found Fidelis Reservo through Facebook and checked them on Trustpilot, where they initially had mostly positive reviews. Within months, this changed dramatically, with many people reporting they could not withdraw their funds.
I started by depositing the required $200 USD and was assigned a “client manager” named Nicole Lloyd. She was very convincing, provided frequent market updates, forecasts, and explanations, and slowly encouraged me to deposit more funds. In hindsight, this felt like grooming.
To build trust, I was shown how to withdraw small amounts via crypto (which I now recognise as a major red flag). The platform showed strong returns and looked professional.
I became suspicious after being advised by a police officer (pure coincidence) to stop depositing immediately, as the setup sounded like a scam. Around the same time:
Trustpilot reviews turned overwhelmingly negative
Many reviewers reported blocked withdrawals
Fidelis Reservo denied recognising customers despite account details
Their listed Swiss address appears to belong to an unrelated real estate company
When I attempted to withdraw all funds and close my account, this was blocked. I was told I had to give notice and that funds needed to be “balanced.” I was then passed between multiple people claiming to be from legal, compliance, and trading, including Jonathan Millar and David Weisber.
During this time:
They continued trading without my permission
My account balance was suddenly inflated from ~$30k to over $146k, then later to ~$230k, allegedly due to a “hack”
I was told withdrawals required using multiple crypto exchanges I did not trust
I was pressured to remove a negative Trustpilot review before they would “help”
I was asked to pay additional money to “balance the profit-to-investment ratio”
I received veiled threats when I refused further payments
Eventually, I was told:
An “audit” was complete
A 19% administration fee would be deducted
Funds would be transferred later via BTC or ETH
They later claimed they agreed to transfer to my Australian bank account, but:
They refuse to provide proof of transfer
They say the funds “bounced” and insist I chase the bank
Communication now goes in circles with no resolution
At this point, I accept that I will not see my money again.
🚩 Red flags to watch for:
Pressure to deposit more funds
Small withdrawals allowed early to build trust
Forced use of crypto for withdrawals
Ever-changing reasons why funds are “locked”
Requests to pay fees/taxes/admin costs to release money
Threats or pressure to remove reviews
Accounts growing unrealistically without permission
Please do not invest with Fidelis . If this post prevents even one person from losing money, it’s worth sharing.
If you or someone you know is involved with them, stop sending money immediately and seek independent advice.
The perpetrators are

In addition to this post we have paid for an ongoing Ad in Facebook for the whole world to see
Notified fraud departments of Australia banks
Soon to contact Finma which is the Swiss regulator of brokers to hopefully close them down in US dollars not Australian.
Also sending this post to all social Media platforms
Ps
All these short reviews claiming they got so called companies involved and got there money back are themselves scammers
Put these fictional companies in chat gtp and they are red flagged
On FB there was an ad invest $250 and make money. Well Fidelis Reservo contacted me they said from Switzerland. Then it all started. They were so convincing. Then it stated no you need to invest more and so it went on. Then they wanted a big amount and they took R80000 from me promising by Christmas I would make double. Then they said invest in a further $25000 and you will be so wealthy. They credited my account. Since when will a company do that. Then my daughter got involved and was furious with me as she said it was a scam. Because I had the credit I could not draw my money that was in there which was over $10000. This is where they catch u. I had to deposit the money in a total different account and that’s when I asked them this is not on. I went to the bank and they told me it was a scam and the abn no was fraud. I have blocked them and unfortunately I lost all my money. I am a pensioner so this is a lot of money. Please do not take there calls and talk you into this.
Got a good one for you all.
This dude here contacts me and says please send $800.00 to liquidate and finalise your account. My response was hey, how about you give me the full amount and I will refund the $800.00 when I see it in my bank account.
For some weird reason Mr Head didn’t see see it from my prospective even though they refuse to return $7650.00 usd for the past 6 months.
People’s please beware and please do not, REPEAT. Do not send your hard earned money to these pack of scamming retards.

Daylight robbery!
I made a small investment, an amount I could afford to lose. Made a small profit, and was told I couldn't continue without depositing more... and then more...
Tried to withdraw, but apparently it wasn't accepted by my bank (?)
More depositing demands, so I requested to withdraw the balance and close my account.
My request wasn't actioned. I have received no communication. Bad trades were done on my account, losing nearly $4000, and my balance is zero.
These guys are as dodgy as it gets.

Writing this review for a friend who had horrible experience with the platform dealing with Fidelis Reservo. I have listed all the trading brokers she dealt with in a span of 10 months.
Alexander Sorin
Nicole Lloyd
Mark Bloom
Patrick Ziegler
David (dont remember the last name)
She lost all her savings to these guys, they scammed her to a point where they stopped responding to messages and at one point, threatened her. I even saw the chat messages from Patrick that were threatening to a point where he said even if my friend wasnt interested he would open the trades. And they made sure she lost every single dollar in the ordeal.
Basically, scammers and we wanted the message to everyone out there, do not get scammed. Do not invest with these guys, the reviews are fake, the reviews on Yahoo finance site is all fake, dont fall prey and lose your money.
And Fidelis Reservo - sure you would respond to this message that you couldnt find my contact details in your system! Change your template, and stop cheating people of their savings!

The other annoying trait this company have is the insistent constant need to phone you every day or two. In end had to block all the numbers they were calling from. If you ask them for info via email, they still insist on calling.
DO NOT TRUST!

Latest update as of 14 August 2026. Despite all of the assurances from Fidelis below, they have not resoonded to emails and do not answer the phone number that they supplied. I expect the usual response from them - that I don't exist as a customer! Don't believe a word they say - makes me wonder if the other reviews are genuine.
I reviewed them on 27 May and they responded that I apparently didn't exist as a client on their system. A few days later, they called me and introduced me to a new Manager (seventh new manager in three months!). He could not answer why I apparently don't exist on their system but he still has my account details! Just refused to answer the question but his main focus was to get me to invest more money.
Over the course of seven phone calls and numerous emails, I kept asking them to close my account and return all funds. Daniel Fisher kept promising it would be done but he kept trying to get me to change my mind after another trial period. When I finally insisted that I wanted to just close my account, he got angry and called me "indecisive" and hung up the phone. Since then I have had no response from his personal email or from the helpdesk ticket.
I have kept copies of all correspondence and screenshots of my trading screen for when they inevitably respond and say that I don't exist on their system. As far as I can tell, this is a scam. They want you to invest more money and the trading screen looks legitimate but when you try to withdraw funds, that's when the roadblocks appear. They sent me two withdrawals and it looks dodgy because the deposits come from "Living Room of Satoshi" and "GBL solutions" which look nothing like Fidelis. When I asked Daniel to explain this, he went into some complicated explanation about third-party payment platforms and how Fidelis don't use conventional banking channels. I gave them two months to close my account and return my funds (which Daniel promised to do) but now they won't even respond to emails or helpdesk enquiries.
They have responded again with a "cut & paste" reply which suggests that I don't exist as a client. They suggest I contact them privately with direct messaging but there is no phone number and the auto messaging service acknowledges receipt of my message but nothing happens. There is no way to actually speak to someone unless they decide to call you (which they did last time after my previous review). They then ask for another chance to prove that the new Trading Manager will offer you a better experience (despite apparently not existing as a client!!) and he then asks you to deposit more funds. I predict a similar pattern this time - they will deny that I am a real client but will also call to ask me if I can give them another chance. But the one thing they WILL NOT do is close the account and return my money. If that's not a scam, what is?
I have screenshots of my trading screens and copies of all emails so I'm not sure how they can justify saying that I don't exist as a client on their system. I was prepared to accept that a genuine mistake may have been made last time but it's clear now that the pattern of denial is identical. I don't expect to ever get my money back but I am writing this to alert other people to be careful - be warned. This seems to be a very dubious investment scam.
I have since tried calling them on the phone number in late July 2025 they provided in their reply to Trustpilot but the computerised voice reeatedly says "all our support lines are unavailable". I have tried emailing them and all I get is a standard auto-response. Their standard modus operandi is to respond to a Trustpilot review by saying that "we have not been able to verify any client record matching your name or the details shared in your review".
But my trading screen is still active and the traders used to call me repeatedly to get me to invest more money despite not having any client records of me! They've only stopped calling after I insisted on closing my account and refusing to invest more money. Now they just don't answer calls or emails.

Hi everyone,
This so called trading company is nothing but a fraudulent. I just got ripped off 4500AUD turned it into 7800USD P/L. Their MO is to suck you in with BS talk of making money for you, pressuring you to invest more for greater leverage. Once you realise something fishy is going on & you want to draw your money, that when these Psychotic, evil people start to go crazy. This George Arthur, plays mind games on you, making out he's done such a huge favour because he achieved a small gain on your trading account. I wanted to not withdraw anything to grow the account initially, but had received some bud new about my health having a asbestos disease in my lungs. I did not want to participate anymore, I wanted to withdraw from my account. This crazy man went ballistic calling me a lair & went on crazy rants to discredit me & belittle me. This guy is the true definition of a Narcissistic evil crazy man. Yelling at me, telling to prove I was sick before he would release the money. He was protecting it like it was his account not mine. Irrespective of what my situation was, this was my investment, my account & only I should have control over it. This man harassed my wife & I day after day after day, still not releasing our money. We already knew man was never giving our money back. We may have lost 4500AUD, but we copied every page of our account proving the existence of our account & monies in total held & recorded the insane communications with this idiot. This trading company is scamming innocent people of their last $$$ with no soul & then hounding by BS conversations. I have those conversations for everyone to hear.
Don't, what ever you do get tied up with these fraudulent people. The whole trading company does not follow the guidelines according the licences issued by the authorities. You can't deposit direct or withdraw, there is no way too. They used third party banks to get my money into the account saying it would save me money, like an idiot I believe them. They credited my account, but they had already taken the funds.
I have enough evidence to have charges bought against them for fraudulent activities.
So next they will refute these allegations, saying I never had an account with them, but if anyone wants to see the evidence, or hear the harrassing conversations I had with this George, I am happy to provide it. Oh by the way, all these that say they had a great experience with this lot, has never been able to withdraw funds. Not one positive review mentions they were able get money out, not one. This tells me these reviews are not real. Because every complaint is the same, just like mine. Scammers!

If I could give a 0 or a minus I would. Absolutely do not engage with these guys you do so at your own risk!!! Once they have your details you will never escape them. They call you constantly, surely they will eventually run out of numbers to call from, no matter how many times they are blocked another number comes up. I have tried telling them politely that its not for me and i am not interested but that didnt work. I have reported them to the phone provider and scam watch that is still ongoing. When you tell them to go away they just get angry rude and abusive. Its a game to them, if they honestly were that keen to make money for you and for themselves they wouldnt be wasting their time on me bunch of idiots, i bet I am not the only one being harrassed and abused. If your using them they srent focused on real customers just annoying those who have no interest would you want them to have your money. As I said engage with them at your risk, do your homework, stay well away. Although the date has been set for this month but its been going on for many months.
