A frustrating broadband issue

James has been very helpful in resolving a very frustrating broadband issue - eliminating potential problems systematically until the culprit (BT WholeHome booster) was found and fixed.

Craig Morley from Fibrenova WOW!

Craig Morley from Fibrenova WOW!! What can I say, I had issues with my internet living in a rural area and sent Fibrenova an email which Craig answered he then had a chat with me about their service having taken over from Runfibre, he advised me to purchase Deco mesh link and he himself came and installed it all in my home giving me an incredible internet speed which is unheard of in a rural area. Fibrenovas service is second to none for those people living in a rural area I would highly recommend.

The fibre wire to my broadband broke…

The fibre wire to my broadband broke and James in customer support was super helpful in getting an engineer to come to my house that day and get us back online. James kept me updated throughout the day and was a pleasure to deal with.

A friendly and professional service…

A friendly and professional service from all involved. Having been a little skeptical about changing providers when the initial letter came through the post, I am now delighted I made the switch. Living in a rural setting, my Internet was always quite slow and a bit hit and miss previously, but since swapping to Fibre Nova, I have had fast connection and no issues at all.
It seems a very hands-on company that will deal with any issues you have in a quick and friendly manner, being easily contactable and interested in supporting their customers (which I see as a massive bonus)

Excellent all round experience

Excellent all round experience.
Recently trying to transfer from a BT arrangement to Fibre with Fibre Nova and received exemplary technical support - fast and professional.
No question too “dumb” and response time by James was excellent. Very impressed and would recommend.

From the darkness and into the bright shining light of FIBRENOVA broadband , we’ve had all sorts of broadband down here promising this and promising that , but when it comes down to delivering the goods these guys sit top of the tree , I’ve got a lot of kids , 8 to be precise , all X boxed up or PlayStationed and I don’t hear them screaming Dad the internets not working anymore , happiness is broadband from these guys , and Craig’s an absolute diamond , what more can I say 👍🤘🕺🔥

An all round positive experience!

An all round positive experience!

I must admit I was a little dubious about someone other than Openreach installing fibre to the property initially but I'm so glad I didn't let that unfounded worry get in the way.

Craig spent all the time I needed to explain how it all works, and absolutely no pressure whatsoever. This is a small company with small company values and the customer service is excellent.

I'd definitely recommend them and I'm chuffed to bits with the new setup - symmetrical connection too so I get 900+ megs up and 900+ megs down - you won't get that with Openreach!

Craig has been absolutely incredible

Craig has been absolutely incredible , He spent 4 hours talking to my previous supplier sorting out their contact with me . I cannot praise him highly enough. the company is all it says it to be ,I now have full fibre broadband in our house running at incredible speeds where as my previous EE was only able to provide 4-6 MBPS. This has opened a whole new world to us and as we are old pensioners, this means so much to us

Excellent client service

I reported a fault with my broadband service and it was fully fixed within 24 hours which involved having an engineer come to my house to physically make some alterations. James kept me fully informed the whole time and was knowledgeable and efficient. I had considered switching providers but I won’t now. The customer service was excellent.

I ordered full fibre broadband for my business and couldn't be happier with the service. The installation was seamless, and the team kept me updated throughout the process. James and Neal did a fantastic job with the setup, and now I have 10x the speed I had with my old copper connection. Highly recommend!
