What is FibreNest? FibreNest is a new provider of ultrafast, full-fibre broadband and voice communication services. We deliver 100%, totally unlimited full-fibre optic internet access directly into new Persimmon Group homes across mainland England, Wales and Scotland - supported with excellent standards of customer service. Why is FibreNest being installed on my development? The decision to deploy FibreNest to new Persimmon and Charles Church developments was made in specific response to a long history of customer complaints regarding existing mainstream communications providers’ performance. An unacceptable number of delays have been experienced by customers when using existing providers to deliver connectivity to new build homes, leading to dissatisfaction amongst customers when they were unable to access broadband services for long periods of time. Furthermore, once connected, some customers have then been provided with poor speeds, leading to unsatisfactory online experiences. FibreNest is being delivered to new developments to address these issues. We do this by helping ensure that Persimmon Group’s customers have more timely access to exceptional full-fibre broadband speeds and at great prices. When will my service be live? We endeavour to have your service ready for the day you move in to your new home. Rang to help get my Fibrenest set up for a new build ahead of my completion date.
Nigel was so kind and patient and stayed on the phone to make sure each stage of the set up was complete. He even rang me back when the line got cut off!
Also offered me some great advice to make sure that I was on the right package once I have moved in.

I have had excellent service from Fibrenest. I have never had any issues with my broadband service from Fibrenest, it always runs spot on at the correct speed. I accidentally broke a fibre cable when I moved some furniture about. I rang customer services late on a Sunday afternoon, no waiting in a queue.I had an engineer attend first thing on Monday morning, and replaced the cable very quickly. Very friendly engineer, and he helped me set up the plume app on my phone. All running well, very good speed. Very pleased with the service from Fibrenest

The engineer that attended today was friendly and polite, got straight to work on the problem and had me back up and running in no time at all. It was nice to have someone in my home that actually engaged in conversation and didn’t just sit there with miserable face on his phone looking like he was bored of what he was doing (had many of those over the years).
Top class customer service from an engineer that knew what he was doing and you could tell he had years of experience. Internet has been top notch since he left. Thank you.

Emailed fibrenest 20/03 to ask them to check our internet. Within 20 minutes had a reply and offer of engineer calling 23/03 to fit new router etc.
Dave and Will arrived 9 am 23/3 and went above and beyond. They replaced router and a connection on wall and replaced cabling outside. Then when all up and running they helped us reset our devices. TVs etc. cannot fault Fibrenest or their employees from customer service to engineers. Thank you.

It was a bit tricky to get set up initially but the connection so far has been solid! Hopefully it will remain so throughout the house.

The service and speed of internet has been good. The issues I did have were minimal and resolved within hours. FibreNest were usually aware of the issues and we're quick to update me about resolving them.
The 1 complaint would be, they are the only service providers on the estate and there are no cheaper alternative companies yet. They have informed me that this will change so that I can have the option in future.

Had an outrage at 2100 hrs Friday night sent e mail knowing it would get seen am Sat morning which was the case still got an e mail reply from Anna saying it had been checked and all working now which is the case well pleased with the reply shows they notice and acknowledge very good service been with them now got 18 months all good

To be honest, the customer service is terrific. You always end up dealing with the same people because I would imagine they are a small team, but they seem to respond quicker than bigger companies, and always resolve the issues. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. Positive mention for Kieran who I have dealt with a few times but all of the customer service staff are excellent.
