Complete incompetent and not customer oriented.

Don't bother on contacting fiberklaar if you have any issues with the works their 'professionals' did in your street. They are complete ignorant to the problems they are causing and not willing to come with a solution. I would advice everyone reading this to reject the work they propose to do on your property as they will leave you with a half solution. Drilling extensively in the exterior of your building but not connecting any cables to provide connectivity. When their workers are providing home connectivity to your neighbours in the street those people advice you to contact fiberklaar, which is an endless road of suffering leading towards nothing. Pure discrimination and not willing to fulfill agreements.
