Regret ordering from this company
Regret ordering from this company. Originally contacted them about an awning for my van, they quickly replied with links to what I needed so I ordered it. When it arrived it didn’t fit and the brackets look nothing like what was shown on their website so assumed they’d sent the wrong product, i queried this with them and they said they’d look into it. That was 2 weeks ago and since then my emails have been ignored and I’m stuck with a £800 awning that doesn’t fit and it appears they don’t want to refund me. Luckily I paid on my credit card so I have today contacted them and raised a dispute to get my money back. I wish I had checked out their reviews first before ordering as it appears lack of customer service is a common theme with them.
