These tuners are very poor quality metal - jerky lumpy tuning and the locking screws stripped after moderate tightening- absolute waste of $60 odd AU

It was not expected
It was not expected. First of all, there was no indication of delivery expectation. And secondly, the order came from far China and took so long. I couldn't need it anymore.

Delivery from China and overpriced
The cuffs are tip top. However, delivery took a very long time because the product comes from China, which was not apparent in advance. I also found the same product for half the price on Amazon afterwards 🙄

The quality and transparency of Your ads is not good
The quality and transparency of Your website is VERY WEAK.
I wanted to buy a "Xiaomi Mi Band 5" but got a CHEAP KNOCKOFF instead.
I think, it would benefit not only the customer, but Your as a company, if it is clear, what exactly it is, that I order.
In this way, the customer will order again, unlike me, as I will no longer order from You, after this very negative experience.
