I felt the practitioner asked…good questions, but nothing has arrived and there has been no further contact.

I felt the practitioner asked appropriate questions and listened as I explained I was experienced with GLP. I used relflex MD for 11 months and submitted the listing showing dates and dosages. I switched to Remedy MD in July and did not, nor could not access my dosage, but was told I had to start at the beginning dosage because it was over 30 days. I could only send pictures of their bottles because that’s all they would provide. I started myself at .50 and stretched the doses every two weeks, until finally dropping them because of horrible service and clinical input.
I found Futurhealth. I completed the intake, talked to a telehealth provider, submitted all that I had: prior GLP RX’ and dosing amts, current lab work - I have done monthly, a list of RX’s, and discussed changing to trizepatide because it works better. I paid for a one month RX 2 weeks ago and have received nothing.
I don’t understand the delay of delivery and wanted to start this weekend.
Will someone please tell me what the hold-up is? I do t need to go to LabQuest, you have a full panel of tests my PCP does frequently to make sure all my medications are known and managed properly.
Please email me if and why there is a problem. I will save the plastic bottle this time, for future reference. I know you will want to start me at a beginner dosage, but my last GLP was 50 ml.

Great

I’m more of an in-person kind of patient and that’s why I didn’t give 5 stars. I understand this is all virtual. However Amy was a great provider, shared information I did not know and answered my questions. I’m excited to for what is next.
