Sports recovery balm has never failed me…. I’m a runner, I use the gym I had horses once upon a time and I can honestly say for the amount of aches pains injury’s sustained I can totally endorse this balm… it relieves the muscle pain/joint pain allowing me to sleep or get through a day.. and you just it sparingly….
